I ordered a Gucci watch from this site. I was hesitant at first because I was unsure where they received their merchandise from. After reading some reviews they swore this site only has authentic products and merchandise. I opened the box, which was cheap looking, to only find a fake. I did my research on it because I knew based on the fake box that this watch was not real. The first give away was that it is suppose to be a Swiss watch which has a smooth flow for the hands on the watch and not a “tick”. Next there was a small section on the watch that was suppose to have the GG but instead it had some chicken starch. Everything else besides the neatness of the design looked the same. Right down to the “price tag” and “serial number”. Now to return the watch to Overstock, which the package says Victoria *******, is costing me 12.98 🥴

If I could give this "organization" zero stars I would. I don't usually write reviews. Please stay away from this fraudulent site. We placed an order on 2/27. It did not show that it would not arrive until 3/18. On 3/16 we received a text message saying the item was delivered. I looked outside and there was no package. I went to my email to make sure I didn't do something stupid like input the wrong shipping address. I put the correct address. According to their website the package was delivered to CT. We live in TX. The shipping company's website also showed the package as delivered. We contacted OS and they claimed this sort of thing happened all the time and to wait 24 hours for the system to update. The item was showing as scanned in CT. We asked to speak with supervisor. Mike placed us on hold. I've worked in customer service before so I know that when the call disconnected it was because he thought I was going to hang up while waiting for a supervisor. Stay away from OS. They are crooks.

Horrible customer experience. I used to buy from them all the time and had to return one item and was finally forced to deal with their horrendous return policy and customer service. Will never buy another item from them again.

Horrible, in every way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! You will way overpay, ridiculous, costly return policy and nearly everything will have to go back as this is old, cheap Chinese JUNK!!!!@!

Ordered a 1.5 inch babybliss pro flat iron and they sent me a 1 inch instead then they said they would resend the correct size but then I got another 1 inch.I was very calm the first time they did it but the second time I was blazing angry.Lady said even though it says 1.5 inches I would still get a 1 inch.Like what the hell,why do you even advertise a 1.5 inch misleading customers.I just asked for a refund at this point.Never again!!!!

Zeer spijtig, want de stijl van meubelen is helemaal ons ding maar door hun vreselijk slechte service zou ik hier nooit maar dan ook nooit meer kopen en mijn bestelling moet zelfs nog geleverd worden!!! Ik houd mijn hart al vast! Zetel op 31 december 2020 besteld en zonder enig bericht te ontvangen is de levering verplaatst naar 20 april (was 16 maart) dus moeten we het maar zien te regelen. Ook wou ik een andere bestelling van datum wisselen en dit blijkt onmogelijk, ondanks een maand op voorhand te verwittigen! Zulke slechte service wordt nog de ondergang van overstock. Heeft dat personeel dan niet meer verantwoordelijkheidszin?! Doe er iets aan, want een verwittigd man...

Where do we begin. After ordering several pieces we were happy with we ordered a bathroom storage tower that arrived in two pieces. After putting first piece together we discover the second piece to it was a larger size and did not go with it. Sent email which was never responded to. In the meantime we ordered 4 dining chairs before bathroom tower and only two came when four were ordered. We waited for them and thinking they were not sending them we ordered 2 more. Of course the original ones show up so we called to return the others. Please be aware that they will not return your money for returned items, in store credits only AND it will be a credit for far less than your purchase. We were told either pay freight or get in store credit. We were charged for freight AND two hundred dollars less credit than we originally paid. Very,very poor customer service.

Levering was hopeloos maar dat kwam ook door de sneeuw. Ze waren een dag te laat zonder communicatie. De kwaliteit van de tafel is echter het grootste euvel. Het fineer is extreem kwetsbaar en de tafel ziet er na 2 weken uit alsof ik m bij het vuilnis heb gevonden ondanks dat we er zeer voorzichtig mee zijn. De tafel is prachtig en zoals verwacht. De prijs is goed maar de kwaliteit abominabel.
