When I placed order through overstock instead of Polybark it was because it was going to be delivered much quicker. It was supposed to be deliverd on the 13th then the 15th now 16th but when I check UPS tracking it doesn't even show it has been picked up only a label has been created. When I called on the 13th & spoke to customer service she said she sent an inquiry to UPS but I still haven't received any updates. Who know when if ever it's coming. Which is very frusterating because the whole reason I went thru overstock instead of retailer was to receive the stools before we have company arriving next week.

Several imperfections. 2 cracks in the wood. One bad split. I like the design but the condition of the headboard was not good.

This isn't the recliner I thought I ordered. When I tried to find the one I ordered, it didn't show up. I didn't want one with heating and massage. In addition, there were no instructions with it. I want to know if I can return it to the nearest store as I am thoroughly disappointed.
