Run, go somewhere else. Overpriced horrible customer service. I ordered a couch and according to the delivery estimate on checkout and the time I actually received it was 5 weeks later. Oh and plus they leave it outside on the sidewalk another bonus. Please don’t make my mistake.

Veel gepalaver op klantendienst, levering ontbrekende op vrijdag 02/04. Zien niemand. Op klantendienst smijt men telefoon dicht. Nooit meegemaakt! Geld kwijt en geen loungeset!

We received a shipment of a breakfast bar / kitchen island and the base of the island was damaged. Not just a little, a lot. Product would have to be professionally repaired to look at all good. Company offered us $150 discount on a $1200 order. Delivery charge was $290. Does not seem reasonable to me. Very poor customer service. We will never purchase another item from this company again. And you shouldn't either. Be aware of their shipment of damaged goods and reluctance to "make it right".

I received a half-delivered sofa, with 3 holes in it. I spent $700 and am getting the run around with their customer service & no resolution. Don't buy from here, you will end up having to dispute with your Bank.

Terrible customer service. They lost my order during the shipping process, and rather than shipping out a new product and putting a tracer on the lost order, they put me into an indefinite holding pattern. I have called customer support several times, and the representatives lie about the length of the claim process, and can not tell you when there might be a resolution. Avoid Overstock.com, and use a more reputable company like Amazon or Wayfair instead. They actually care about their customers. Don’t use a credit card or bank account to pay for items here, and instead go through Paypal. Then you have more recourse to get a refund after Overstock screws up the order. I will NEVER buy here again.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They know nothing about my order or when it will be delivered. I would never do business with them again. They just dont care about there customers

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I wish I would have read reviews this place is garbage!! I Ordered two rugs totaling over 600$ . when they came they didn’t match I tried to return! I could only get one return slip to print so I called and asked them if this was right the woman said yes and that it was costing me 168.00 to return but if I became a member that it wouldn’t cost nothing but the membership fee! Well I needed too labels but after luggage for them into ups I shipped them in one box costing me 60$..three weeks later still no refund and then when I called they said the membership made it a in store credit which he was giving to me then! I don’t want an In store credit I never agreed to an in store credit! I asked for management there was none! That sounds about right! This place I thought would be more legit since it’s all over the place! Wayfair is the best use wayfair instead!
