What a joke Ordered a sectional and it was stuck in the shipping process for a month. When it finally shipped we had a delivery date and time no show, no call had to call the shipper and overstock to get no answer or no resolution . Shipper claims it was sent to wrong warehouse overstock has no explanation even though this is there contracted shipper. Bottom line I know it’s COVID, storm in Texas and the Suez Canal but over 6 weeks with no explanation or end in sight. DON’T BUY FROM OvERSTOCK

If I could give zero stars I would. Rug supposed to be here March 26, it’s now April 14th. I understand things are delayed due to covid but the customer service has been terrible and nobody can tell me where the rug is. They also won’t let me cancel it. First and last time ordering from this company. What a mistake. Lesson learned-never again!

Ordered a vanity and it didn't come with the double sink. It was only the cabinet. I could have gotten both on competitors website. All the websites have the same pictures and all the other sites are selling both cabinet and double sink. Overstock said I had to pay $162 to ship it back. Found the sink on a competitor's website. So purchased it from them. I should have purchased both from them.

I bought a 700 dollar sectional from overstock... or so i thought. I paid 700 dollars for a "sectional couch charcoal color" I was excited for such a good deal, it a had a few pictures of the sectional along with a picture of each individual part. So after about 2 MONTHS it finaly arrived. However it is nothing but the corner piece of the middle sectional.... so I ran back online and viewed all the details and down at the very very bottom in the smallest font the could use it specified "corner piece only" this was a total scam. Still waiting on customer service to reach out to me.

After posting the following review yesterday, I received an email today from the executive office of Overstock. They apologized for the situation and have refunded 15% to me off the purchase price for the inconvenience. This was very much appreciated. I ordered a curio cabinet on February 23, 2021. Apparently the third party supplier was in Canada. So on about March 5 it was shipped from Canada to North Carolina to a delivery company. They "sat" on it for many days before transporting it to their hub in California! I am in Arizona. It took 7 weeks to get it to their Arizona hub yesterday! Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for the delivery company to call to set delivery time up! So it will be approximately 9 ro 10 weeks total that I might get the item!!! Don't ever do business with this company! Many phone calls and emails achieved NOTHING!

I ordered a 6 piece outdoor sofa sectional set on 3/26/21 that was to be delivered on 4/6/21. I paid with Paypal and the total was $335 (with tax and free shipping), but when I clicked submit I was charged 404.62. I immediately called overstock and was told I would be issued a refund for the difference, which they did 4 days later. They charged my account and after multiple times contacting them, finally shipped the item on 4/9/21 with an email saying sorry for the delay. I got a package yesterday (4/13/21) and it was not my furniture. They sent a very cheap desk. Naturally I called and was told my item was no longer in stock. Nobody could tell me why if my item was out of stock they sent a desk instead. They said they will send UPS to pick up the desk at a scheduled time and refund my money when they get it back. I was told to call UPS to schedule a time, but they don't do that. They said I have to be home from 8am to 9pm to wait for them to come. Not happening, so I called overstock once again and was told I could take it to a UPS store with the tracking # they gave me and ship it from there. So I do this and of course they tell me I can't ship it this way and that I need a shipping label. So I call overstock again and finally get them to email a shipping label, print it and bring it back to ups. There is a scam unfolding here, just not sure what it is yet. They assured me I would be issued a full refund within 2 - 5 days when they get the desk, but we will see. Not feeling confident.. bottom line is this is a crappy company with unethical practices and I do not recommend doing any kind of business with this company.

I would definitely give overstock o stars if that was an option. Ordered a dinning set. Overstock site said it was shipped and provided a tracking number, but when tracking the order only a label had been created. Never did receive the order. Customer service did cancel the order, so now just waiting to see if my refund is actually issued back onto my card. My advice save your money, pay that little extra and buy somewhere else. Wish I would have checked reviews before buying from them.

Bestel hier niet! In januari een bestelling geplaatst. In maart was het eindelijk zover en zou ik mijn loungeset ontvangen. De bezorgers kwamen aan met slechts een klein deel van de set (alleen de hoek). Inmiddels ben ik zeker 10 mails verder en wordt er telkens van alles belooft maar niet nagekomen. Ik word er doodmoe van en ben zwaar teleurgesteld! Nogmaals...bestel hier niet!!!
