This was the worst experience I have ever had placing an online order. I purchased over $800 of products only for them to come in the wrong color. I was told I was unable to return any of them unless I was their an O reward member which even so I can ONLY return for store credit and One of my items didn’t even qualify for a return even if I was a reward member. I was able to return my items ONLY after I paid for FULL shipping costs! I was absolutely appalled at how rude the customer service representative was. To make matters worse it has now been OVER 3 weeks since I returned my items and I STILL haven’t received my money. I spoke to a representative on Wednesday at 8 AM. It is now Sunday 11pm the representative stated my package had arrived at the return department but it have not been opened yet. He also mentioned that there was nothing else he could do “sitting on his couch”. I was absolutely appalled to hear this from my representative. I am still waiting for my refund. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER shop on overstock again. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever ever ever experienced. And to add insult to injury I haven’t even received my money back yet.

Do NOT sign up for "Club O" The membership costs $20 per year and you earn points towards your next purchase. The catch is, they do not automatically apply your accumulated points to your order. You have to somehow find you points on your account and then apply them. If you figure out how to apply the points & then back out of the cash out page, it removes the points too. Promotional discounts are lumped together and it appears like they are applied. After purchase is completed you can see the points were not in fact applied and Reps will not fix the issue. If you reach out to customer support to have it corrected, they will flat out refuse. But they have no trouble auto renewing your membership and charging your CC even after you cancelled it on their website. The trouble far out weighs the benefits IF you can even redeem them.

In 2019 ligstoel getest , bij het testen van stoel is de rugleuning dichtgeklapt waardoor rug en zitting als schaar werkt , mijn vingetkootje is letterlijk afgekapt en geamputeerd door de stoel met gevolg dat ik 4 maand niet heb kunnen werken en dit als zelfstandige kapster .een proces aangegaan maar de tegenpartij vind dat ik onvoorzichtig geweest heb gehandeld en dat het mijn eigen fout is .. Dus mensen let op als een ligstoel test , we gaan er van uit dat de producten moeten gemaakt worden ook voor onvoorzichtige mensen en vb kinderen dat zoiets niet kan gebeuren . Ondertussen worden de stoelen verder verkocht en heb ik een blijvend letsel

There should be a 0 review-that's what I would have given. Overstock prices go up & up & are not commensurate with other retailers. The quality of Overstock products continues to go down-way down. Most of the furniture comes from 3rd party sellers-basically China. No such thing as craftsmanship or quality. I recently received an accent rocking chair that...- I'm at a loss as to trying to describe it. It looked absolutely used, & in poor condition in every way from faded fabric, splitting seams to stains everywhere. It was just filthy. I don't know how they can call themselves a legitimate company. NEVER AGAIN!

I only gave 1 star because I had to. I purchased an outdoor umbrella about a month ago. Still haven’t received it, it’s lost in transit somewhere. And I’m getting a run around about a refund. I cannot get a refund until they find the umbrella they lost. Customer Service is awful. I’m closing out my account and not purchasing from them again.

Worst company ever will never buy anything from them again. Sticking with Amazon

Never had an issue until recently. Ordered a twin mattress and got a delay message. Days later no answer as to why. Tried to cancel order but gave a number of different options as to why I wanted to cancel none of which was my reason to cancel. I'm not using one of their (stock) answers. I wanted to cancel because I have no idea when if ever I will get the order but they quickly took my money. Calls are put on hold and dropped.

Overstock advertises free return shipping. The shipping is in fact free but you have to print a label that cost 15.97 or use your own label and pay for shipping. I ordered a quilt. The quality was poor. I thought I could return it for free but no. I called customer service and they said that they consider poor quality as buyers remorse and do not pay for return shipping for that. My bad. I should have read these reviews before I ordered. I just thought they were a reputable company. My bad again. I hope this helps someone before they order.
