Items were shipped very quickly and were packaged well, however, the large bureau was not painted well and two of the knobs did not attach due to threading issues. Also the bottom of the drawers are only a thin piece of laminate so I don't think they will handle much weight.

I was pleasantly surprised that my order shipped so fast. The only concern was the way it was shipped. The shipper had issues in locating my home. It was sent back. The shipper reached out to me and informed me that they will be delivering it the next day. And it was. Thank you for following up with me and a speedy delivery.

Having difficulty making a return. Had to call directly, but they corrected the issue.

Delivery fine. It as a big rug so it was lift on my porch. Product is very nice and for a nice price. Thank you.

Delivery was great, and I love the bench. I only gave it 4 stars as the color was advertised antique white with the blue cushion. It is not antique white. It is almost a light gray in color.

The shoes are great! Communication, not so good but remedy, good! Ordered shoes and paid for faster ship. Didn't hear or get follow up emails. So I finally called and found out they called for ok on my charge. They lied and had never called me nor left a message! So then I okayed the sale and they shipped one day! They were only a day late in the shipment as a result. Thanks for the remedy but thank goodness I had called! If they said they had called me, why not a follow up for a big first order? Great customer service!

It was okay except, we are a school and can not pay sales tax. It causes a lot of unnessesary paperwork to charge us then refund the taxes. You should just approve the sales tax exemption form before we can order.
