Customer Service Rep was not able to price match with all the discounts when the payment process stopped working online

Package arrived just fine. I called customer service for instructions on how to remove fold lines. She said to save the outer wrap in case I needed to return it plus it might take 14 days for it to lay flat. The last rug I bought was rolled with instructions on how to help it lay flat. This one is folded so there will be fold lines. I'm 83 and use a walker! I expect fold lines but want to help them lessen as quickly as possible so I can safely walk on the rug. Fourteen days was not listed in the description!!! Karen Malloy

colors in the ad are not close to the product. I thought I could return though the store. Because of the conection with the container store and Bed Bath and Beyond. I did not like being redirected to you site from my intended store Bed Bath and Beyond. It cost me $17. to return through UPS as required. Overall bad experience
Response from Overstock.comSep 3, 2026
We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback regarding the product's color and the return process. We understand your frustration with being redirected and the unexpected return cost. We are reviewing our return procedures to improve clarity for our customers.

One of my recent purchases ( kitchen cart) was smaller than the dimensions listed. Another item, which was quite expensive (a kitchen island seating table) has a finish to the tabletop that feels quite cheap looking. I'm pretty disappointed by both.

I tried to cancel my order within five minutes after placing it and was unable to do so…I was told I could return it, but then I pay for the return fee. Such a non-friendly customer service policy.

Rug color was washed out. I have a larger version on this rug and it is a richer color. Also, it smelled musty.
