Absolutely horrible customer service. Never again!

Après un retard de livraison je reçois mon fauteuil dans un autre tissu que celui commandé en janvier. Parcours du combattant pour introduire un dossier de réclamation le 26 avril, on me prévient qu'il y a énormément de dossiers à traiter ( inquiétant !) et toujours pas de réponse à ce jour. Au téléphone on me dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour accélérer le traitement du dossier avant le 17 mai !!!! Service clientèle désastreux ! Je ne retournerai pas chez eux !

Ordered a coffee table arrived packing damaged and looked to have been opened before (always a bad sign) extremely poor quality what you would expect to find in a DIY store for under £40.00 not the £140 plus we paid, to return we are given an address in Kansas after reading reviews it is unlikely we will get a refund if anything a store credit but are we likely to want anything else from this company I think not!!

J’ai commandé 4 chaises longues en ligne,j’ai reçu très vite les mails administratifs et l’invitation à payer le produit, une semaine après un colis de deux chaises me sont livrés. Les jours passent, je commence à m’inquiéter.... j’ai ( chater ) des heures avec overstok et une bonne quinzaine de mails . J’ai du fournir toutes les preuves bon de commande, preuves de payement, numéro d envois etc..... en fait leur renvoyer tout ce que overstok m’a envoyé comme ci la commande n’existait plus. Eurêka après deux mois ils sont enfin là. Mais overstok pour moi c’est terminé.

Ordered a shed through overstock. Overstock billed us immediately and the shed never shipped. A month later they said they "lost" it. When I asked if they would give us a discount on a replacement shed based on the long time we have been waiting for our order, they ignored my request and just canceled the order. Customer service is impossible. You can't talk to the same person ever and it is "against policy" for them to transfer you. Every time I called I was told someone would reach out to me in 3-4 business days.

Awful, awful company to deal with. After 4 wasted days waiting at home for a delivery to arrive, hours of time spent on hold waiting for customer service when it never came, and email after email to their lame customer service department, I still have no patio table. Worse yet, Overstock has $2,100 of my dollars. No one will take accountability and so I am shuttled from one low-level customer service rep to another. Save money and your sanity don't use Overstock!

Placed an order for a set of patio furniture on April 21, 2021. Got email notification on April 22, 2021 that my order was shipped with UPS. Tried tracking my order on UPS and all it stated was "Label Created". Till this date, the tracking information on UPS site is still the same as it was on April 22, 2021. Called customer service and I was told that they will get back to me and that was a couple of days ago. Still waiting for an answer for my order. I will NEVER buy from this website again.

I ordered a sectional on sale mid March or the beginning of March or should I say it was supposed to be delivered that Monday. Monday we came Tuesday. Tuesday became Wednesday I waited and stayed home from work two days to make sure I was home during the delivery. I contacted overstock they kept the money would never delivered the merchandise said that I lived in a remote area and he could not be dropped off. Today is April 29 April is fixing to be over and I never received my refund. Yes I do have a store card but the store card is paid out in full they never returned me my money. Please if you have to order the furniture go on a physical store I don’t trust overstock with your money your Social Security number or anything they never refunded my money and committed a bank is responsible for it they didn’t refund my money either after I asked them about my account just people that are in business and or a really shady.
