fake sales/promotions, you cant even add items to your cart. site is a scam, theyll send you a 10% off sign up coupon. Click the link from your email once (without purchasing/using it) and poof its gone -_-.

I am disappointed with the quality of the products I received quite substandard quality. Whatever you do do not get a foam mattress from overstock

I had a horrible experience with Overstock about a year ago. I ordered a rug and they immediately charged my credit card. They said that my order shipped, but a week later the website showed that my item had never left the warehouse. I never received the rug and I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Now a year later, like an idiot, I decided to give them a second chance. And what do you know...the EXACT same thing happened. I ordered a mattress for my daughter, they immediately charged my credit card, they sent me an email days ago that said that my item had shipped and the item has still never left the warehouse. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!!!

They claimed a package was delivered, when it wasn't. There was no way to track it, or find out where or who it was actually delivered to. It certainly wasn't me. They blame the customer for their terrible service.

Ordered two items on the same day. One was delivered to my home and the other went to a UPS site where it seems to be lost. Still waiting. Meanwhile, I ordered two “rustic” tables. They look like they were made from scrap lumber and came with nailed pieces dislodged. It is costing over $70 to have them returned. They do not stand by their items, even when damaged. Never again.

I canceled an order the day aft I ordered as told wasn't in stock, they would let me know when they get it. Rec'd confirmation order canceled. Three weeks later I rec'd this canceled order, was never charged for it, could have just kept it. However, I did the right thing, called and explained what they did, and please have UPS pick it up. The lady giggled, saying it wasn't possible I got the order, arguing with me that I had it. Then I said, so you're telling me to keep it even tho I was never charged. Wow, did she change her tune and had UPS pick up from my porch the next day. Again on my recent order, its been delayed. Overstock states they cost less and deliver faster BUT thats not true. Amazon and Walmart are less expensive and have 2 day free delivery. AND THEIR ORDERS COME IN 2 DAYS!!! IM DONE WITH OVERSTOCK.
