Placed an order and tried to cancel 1 hour later, they could not process it or price match to the much better price at target.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a rug on a Monday and said it would be delivered that Thursday. That was 3 weeks ago. No rug, no explanation when you call them except its in transit from the courier. They do not even acknowledge that are false advertising on their website. When you put on your website under the product you are ordering the delivery date, it should be delivered that day - or at least shortly thereafter. Should not have to call them over and over again and get no where. Do NOT waste your time ordering from them. This is the first and last time I order from Overstock.

Hands down the most untrustworthy company I have ever purchased from. Bought a propane fire table with separate tank holder 4/23. Tank holder shows up. Wait a few days because Overstock texted and emailed me that second part of order shipped. The tracking never moved past "label created". After 10 days I stupidly agreed to have them resend the table. Once again tank holder shows up, no fire table. Same as above. Wait 10 days, get another email saying it shipped. I called and asked for proof it shipped. Rep emailed back stating she was in contact with warehouse, they confirmed it shipped. I called and asked for actual proof it shipped. I had been in contact with BBB trying to resolve issue. Overstock told BBB that the issue was with FedEx, they were delayed processing trucks and scanning items. I contacted FedEx and they stated that they were not notified to pick up package with the tracking number provided. So I asked again for proof it shipped. That's when they sent email stating that item didn't ship and no delivery date can be given because now its a manufacturing problem. When I tried to call to ask for refund from the phone associated with the purchase, I repeatedly got message that office was closed, call back during business hours. Used a different phone and got right through. Interestingly the item is listed on their website for more than I paid for it and with a 1-10 day shipping window.I can almost bet if I placed order for item at the current price it would get delivered.

I returned a 8×10 rug, not opened mind you and it cost $199, I got refunded $38. This is just way beyond unacceptable. I've ordered other items and have been totally satisfied, but their customer service is a joke!!!!

Idem bij ons zoals vele andere reviews op trustpilot. Had ik ze maar eerder gelezen. Levering wordt schaamteloos 2 maand uitgesteld ondanks beloftes. Bestelling van maart komt nu pas eind juli! Nooit meer, ondanks het mooie gerief dat ze hebben. Een klant stelt niets voor bij overstock.

I will update this review of Overstock dot com and my one star rating when my $2699.85 order for (30) patio chairs, arrives. After a week there is no indication the order has been processed much less shipped despite the ad and website stating it would ship in 1 to 2 days. Update. If has now been 11 days and my order apparently still hasn't left the warehouse. Thought I'd try Overstock for the first time. Should've gone with what I know. Lesson learned. J’ai acheté un parasol avec un pied pour un montant de prêt de 1600 euros chez overstock. Après 8 semaines, on vient me le livrer. Le pied fait 160 kg. Mais les livreurs refusent de m’aider à le déplacer. Ils ont pourtant les diables et tout le matériel pour le faire. Malgré ma demande, ils refusent me disant que le nombre de minutes passées chez le client à la livraison est monitoré dans un système. Me voilà avec un pied de parasol auquel je dois fixer des roulettes mais qu’il me sera impossible de retourner ensuite pour le mettre sur la terrasse...160 kg c’est impossible à retourner sans materiel approprié ! Les roues auraient pu être fixées à ce prix là !!!! Service de livraison déplorable et désagréable . Vous avez une solution pour que ce pied de parasol puissent être utilisé ?

I absolutely do not recommend shopping Overstock. Buyer be absolutely aware. I was promised my entire order would arrive on 05/14. It did not. I went back and forth with an agent, via message not a phone call or email (this is an important fact to remember). I was told the best they could do was issue a 15% coupon. I was not satisfied with this response. I was finally issued a partial refund to be sent back to my original form of payment. On 05/14 I was told the partial refund would be sent back to my financial institution. Today is 05/19 and I had not received my partial refund. I message an agent AGAIN. When I asked why I had not received the refund yet their response was and I quote “ I see that the phone call got disconnected and tried to reach you out again, so it was on hold.” Remember when I said I had been messaging someone...yea Overstock had zero intention of issuing the partial refund. Just beware is all I am saying. Additionally, I ordered a black rattan patio set with navy cushions. The four boxes I received all say dark espresso as the rattan color and navy as the cushions. The color of the rattan is clearly dark brown, like the boxes indicate. We just do not want to go through the effort of returning four boxes of furniture. I hope and pray that we’re not missing any pieces because dealing with Overstock is a nightmare in of itself.
