They put in super fine prints that fragrances are non-returnable and nowhere during the checkout process or the order email confirmation. I did not even open the brown cardboard box that the items came in but they still wouldn't take my return. I am now stuck with OLD or KNOCKOFF perfumes that only last 10 minutes. A loss of one day of work for me financially, but I will never give them another dollar and I will tell my family and friends to not shop at Overstock.com.

I will NEVER EVER order anything from this company again! They sure do love to bombard you with loads of ads all over emails, and social media accounts but yet when it's time for them to deliver what they advertised they fall very short! I strongly do NOT recommend to order anything from them unless you like waiting several months to receive the same items Amazon or Walmart can deliver to your doorstep in a few days.

Ordered a couple chairs and after almost a month they still hadn't been delivered. They provided a delivery date and then sent a new delivery date every day for the next 5 days. The tracking page showed it was on a truck for delivery every time. Don't trust this company.

The box came ripped and open via UPS, the trampoline it self I don't think its of poor quality, I had problems with overstock. I contacted them told them about the quality of the delivery, they seem to not care at all. I told them about the misleading information online the reason I went with overstock instead of wayfair, amazon or Walmart or any other store, was because overstock was the only one that would offer a weight limit of 350lbs. When I received the product I called them immediately sent pics of the box, then I installed the trampoline and noticed the weight limit its only up to 175lbs, called them again which they were asking me to take the trampoline down and send it back to them so they can send me the right one (I would never trust them again), and how do I tell my kids (which they got this trampoline as a birthday present) that I have to take it down and send it to them so I can buy another one, in the mean time they would just had to be without trampoline for at least f 2 months while I send the wrong one back and buy a new one, I will never deal with overstock.com again, I tried calling them back but they are ridiculous to deal with, I will leave this same review in google. so don't buy with them

They’re horrible horrible quality products and the billing is horrible they charged me for the same thing twice and tried to get away with it they are scam artists stick with wayfair

I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Overstock.com. It turned out to be fake. I went to the Tag Heuer website to register the watch/warranty. Since the warranty card that comes with a Tag Heuer wasn't provided with this watch. I used the serial number on the back of the casing and received a response instantly from Tag Heuer. The serial number is for a different watch and registered. So Overstock.com sold me a watch that has stolen serial numbers and 100 percent fake. They are passing off this watch on their website as legit 100 percent authentic, and it isn't.

Horrible experience. They refused to take an expensive item back , and I am.now stuck with something that is useless to me as it doesn,t fit in my space, and out alot of money. They were not accommodating at all, not understanding, or helpful, and basically said too bad they will not take the return. Needless to say I would never ever buy from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
