My mom ordered from them and they dropped big boxes in front of her garage and blocked her cars from being able to come out!! She couldn’t leave to get help moving or assembling the furniture. She is literally trapped inside her house!! And these dumb people blocked both sides so she is unable to move either car!! I am now going to drive 2.5 hrs to move the boxes!!! Disgusted with these ppl is a understatement!!

2 days to decide they shipped the wrong size product. Do yourself a favor purchase from a company that knows what customer service means@

Nous sommes tellement nombreux a être mécontents. Tous les avis sur les réseaux sont systématiquement effacés. Cette société est malhonnête. Pour introduire une plainte au spf économie economie.fgov.be.

I order a rabbit hutch and it was to small so I wanted to return it and I got a offer saying I can keep it and have 90$ or I can return it for the price the price was 300 and they said we sent you the label when clearly they didn’t since it not in my emails I called them it took 10 minutes to try to get a number and then hang up on me I would give overstock a 0 star

Overstock is by far, the worst company to deal with when ordering items to Canada. In addition to being charged through the nose for shipping, I had a nine week saga with them in which I fought to receive the product that I had ordered and paid for. Their customer service people, while pleasant, were ultimately completely useless. They continually provided false and misleading information, constantly assuring me that my package was on the way. I had, without exaggeration, twelve phone calls with these people; 14 emails and spent an innumerable amount of time waiting for updates from this company. After waiting for two months for a product that was lost by the delivery carrier that THEY chose, I was finally told that they would send me a replacement but that “it would be sent with the same carrier and they are unable to expedite the shipping”. Do yourself a favour and don’t order a single product from this company. UPDATE: After nine weeks of waiting for my item, I spoke to an agent this morning who assured me that she would be cancelling the order and issuing a refund. I have just received a message from Overstock now, stating that they cannot issue a refund for an item in transit. ...this item has been lost in transit for nine weeks. This company is a scam.

Wat een slechte organisatie. Een lounge bank + beschermhoes besteld en betaald op 20 januari. Loungeset geleverd, echter beschadigd. Het duurt 3 weken voordat er reactie komt op de reclamatie. Loungeset is wel netjes herleverd, maar dat heeft dus ruim 3 weken geduurd. Nu is het begin Juni, de beschermhoes is nog altijd niet geleverd. Er wordt ook gewoon niet gereageerd op vragen. NOOIT MEER VIA DEZE SITE.

If I could give a zero I would. I made the mistake of joining Club 'O' with "free" returns. I now find out that "free" means they pay the return but keep the money for the item in my "account" to be used in the future . I have purchased approx $1500 in items in the past month and want to return one of them which cost $150. I am now forced to use that amount for future purchases whether I need anything or not - A SCAM!!!!

Bij ons ook heel slecht beschadigt afgeleverd in begin april al 4 x naar winkel geweest gemaild ,naar adviseur willen bellen nemen niet op , ik heb naar radio 2 gemaild naar de expert (programma) weet niet of ga verder geholpen worden zou aanraden dat iedereen dit doet dan zal misschien gereageerd worden ,ook al gelezen bij testaankoop 75 klachten
