Please save yourselves the nightmare of dealing with Overstock and shop elsewhere!! I’ve ordered from them twice and never again. 1. Ordered 2 matching bedroom lamps in one order. They only shipped one; never acknowledged the other lamp! Their email people just waste your time and spout nonsense. I had to call and spend time finding someone who could even locate my order and then ensure the second lamp was sent. Took over a month to get the second lamp. 2. A year later I order a lamp for my office. It is missing 2 bolts that hold the lampshade to the lamp; otherwise the shades flip around. Overstock cannot send me the bolts. Overstock wants me to spend my time and $$ shipping it back even though they will have to throw it away because it’s useless without the bolts. Then in another email they tell me this lamp does not have bolts. I have send them a photo of the installation diagram clearly showing 2 bolts. I call them, their auto vm system “cannot find my order number.” This company should be put out of business.

Absolutely awful! This company should be reported to consumer agencies for unfair, possibly illegal, pricing practices. Where have you gone where buying two items together (overstock marketing) is more expensive than buying them separately on the same site? Where have you shopped where management attempts to make a fool out of you when you bring it up to them? If there was less than 1 star, I would have checked it......What a rip off for consumers! Please look up items (sku) #35203014, 35203011, 35203032....You see anything that would upset you? Maybe they have taken them down.....

Service après-vente débordé... ce qui est mauvais signe! Lenteur+++ A fuir! Malheureusement pour moi, je repasse par le service après-vente car mon article remplacé (après plus d'un mois et demi) est également abîmé...

Orders are canceled despite site continuing to show the items as in stock “three available”. Makes me believe that inventory tracker is just a marketing stunt to make customers think there is a limited supply.

Took the leap with Overstock--never purchased from them before. Bought $2,400+ worth of Gladiatior shelving/workshop items over 3 orders during Memorial Day weekend. Half the items had an expected delivery date of 4 June--its now 5 June and all 3 orders still just show "processing". No updates and nothing has even shipped... i can't help but feel that this wouldn't be an issue with Amazon...

Awful. I purchased necklaces for my grandkids for doing fantastic in school this past year. First necklace was fine. No complaints. Second arrived BROKEN. so I called CS and was assured another would be sent out. I look online and indeed it was ordered. Ok no worries. I look today and replacement was CANCELED…. No notice NOTHING. I am glad I looked. Now to top off the inconvenience and the incompetence of CS I have now called 6 times trying to get my money refunded since THEY canceled. I definitely will never order from the purveyor again. I have spent over 200$ in last 7 days and I have had nothing but issues. Another bracelet and necklace set I ordered has been processing now for a week. No ship date nothing. So YES I canceled this S well and the refund has shown up as well as confirmation email. Still waiting on refund for the garbage they sent! BUYER BEWARE

Zeer Slechte service. Tafel niet afgeleverd vanwege schade , is wel betaald. Beschadigd bij de transporteur. Daar schuift men het op af en wij maar wachten. Duurt weken en er komt geen nieuwe afleverdatum. Waardeloos! Ordernummer 705361

Cette entreprise doit fermer ses portes. Ils sont trop malhonnêtes. J'ai acheté un parasol jaune et quand j'ai ouvert il été ocre avec des petites lignes. plusieurs coup de fils qui n'aboutissent pas et finalement je porte plainte via la plateforme de test-achats et là ils sont tellement sans gène, ils me demandent d'envoyer des photos pour prouver ma bonne foi. alors je dois de nouveau deballer le paquet pour faire les photos. achat fait le 17 avril et des nouvelles seulement cette semaine. Merci overstock
