The description of the pillows I ordered was 17" x 17". They weren't even close to that dimension. Have to return items and wait for a replacement. Hope the new items are of the correct size.

I placed my order they have not had any contact with me at all till tonight saying SENT CK TRACKING I did & it said NO ORDERS MADE 🤷‍♀️. Have no idea if or when it’s coming, don’t know how to plan

the rug is beautiful….. exactly what I wanted … BUT it was shipped FOLDED NOT ROLLED….. it doesn’t lay flat…. It’s full of creases…. Not sure I’ll get them out …

website good, shipping info terrible. No indication if purchase shipped UPS/USPS/other, makes tracking number difficult to check. Purchase sat for 8 days before being shipped out, still have not received.

Commutation is not great. I ordered, received a confirmation email, but when I clicked on the " view order" it says I don't have an order. Still no update at this point and my delivery is supposed to be in a few days.

The biggest concern, was the size of the rug. There was a disclaimer that it might be not as described, but there was a full 6 to 7 inches short of making a 9 by 9 foot rug. If I knew it was going to by that short I would have ordered 10 by 10. Very disappointed.

We love the bed frame now that ir has been set up. And delivery was fast. However, there were so many pieces to put together. Pieces were not clearly labeled, directions were not clear, only by pictures difficult to interpret and a trip to hardware store was required due to not enough of one kind of screw.

Don’t know yet as I have only just ordered my product. So, I have no idea as to whether the product is as described—-or not.
