If you live in Canada do not trust Overstock's promised delivery dates. The delivery date provided is only to the USA / Canada border. When you call their international support, they don't have a clue and then later email you with a links that provide no updated information. Be prepared to wait 2 months to get anything and if it is damage, I wish you luck.

This is not a company to buy from. Be sure to read their return policy before placing an order. The items I received did not match the pic on their website, cheap quality, then was charged $52.00 to return the items. That was half the cost of the order. By the way, earlier in the week I received a lamp shade with dents. First and last time I will order from this company.

On a acheté au mois de mars 2 chaises longues en bois et moins de 3 mois après certaines parties se cassent ou se fissurent déjà. Elles n'ont même pas encore passé l'hiver dehors... J'ai écris au service après-vente (avec photos) et on me dit qu'on me répondra dans les 45 jours ouvrables...

I never received my couch. I asked for a full refund. They said yes, but only a partial refund ended up being posted in my bank account. I showed them proof of the amount and they claimed they fully released the refund and there was nothing else they can do. Are you kidding me? So they just stole $200 from me and are claiming they didn’t when I can provide proof and they refuse to provide proof on their end. This company lies and scams. Stay away and choose Wayfair instead. They have much more ethical business practices.

Je suis très très satisfait de l'accueil au magasin de 5100 Namur et j'aurais indiqué 5 étoiles si le service de livraison n'était pas déplorable et désagréable à la limite de la grossièreté. Le matériel est parfait comme il l'a été dans mes commandes précédentes.

I also have had a very bad experience with Overstock.ca. With all the aggravation (plus the exorbitant shipping costs and unaccounted for duty), I wish that I had bought the item locally! Everything sounds great on their website but their customer service is very poor and no phone number to call with problems!!! Won't deal with them again.
