Still waiting for the item I purchased to be shipped.

I will probably keep this charm since it was on Labor Day sale but it is not proportionate for the pic provided. The engraved detail is not as defined as shown in the stock photo either. Just not accurately represented.

Still haven’t received my item two days after the promised delivery date.

Rug received has inconsistent coloring. One end is bright like it showed & the other is faded to almost no color. Very poor quality.

Service and variety of products with fair pricing. Site fairly user easy, we only had one issue, don't believe this was an Overstock issue, rather the manufacturer without testing product for fittings and that where bolts are supposed to go result in a final product of use. this was not the case. When installed as directed the 2 sites to be lined up on tray stand were off vertically by 3/4". Almost 80 y/o, tired and I suggested to daughter just toss the stand and I'll try standing them up behind a door. Thanks, Linda B

Ordering was easy, shipping went well however, the canvas print arrived and the canvas was too loose. i had to take it and get it stretched before i could hang the picture.

I placed my order Monday with a delivery date of Friday. I haven't received any notifications that the item has been shipped. Also, I can't find anything in my account that shows notification preferences, email, addresses, etc.

I ordered four rugs and four carpet pads. The products are fine. There were two challenges: First, the pads shipped separately from the rugs which was not mentioned anywhere on the site, so when the rugs arrived without the pads I thought there was a big oversight. Luckily the customer care representative was friendly and efficient, and was able to let me know about the separate shipments. Second, I ordered four rugs with the same pattern but what arrived were three rugs with the pattern I ordered and one rug with a very different pattern (I.e. lines versus paisley-ish). Luckily it has the same colors as the ones I ordered so I’m making it work… because who wants to wrap and ship back a 10’ x 10’ rug?!
