Arrived 4 days later than promised. When I reached out to customer service to clarify because the tracking was not updated since day one, the response I got was worthless. You should train these people to answer the questions asked not just give me platitudes

We are returning rug, The qulity of it is not there. Had a thin one before would never lay, and would buckle..

I ordered two quilts and was disappointed with the quality and colors. They were described differently and had to be returned. NOT happy to have to pay a $20 return fee. Will think again before ordering items.

Not as advertised

Bummer that brand new, never been out of the package curtains cannot be returned. I did not ready the fine print- that’s on me, but it does not mean that this is an ethical practice.

I purchased this couch about a week ago. My husband put it together last night and it was missing a leg for the chaise, making it defective because the entire chaise part dips whenever you try to sit on that side. I considered purchasing from Amazon, but decided to give Overstock a try. This was my first time ordering from the site and I am disappointed. We like the couch, just not happy that we essentially can only sit on one side of it. I took pictures and would upload them if this post included an attachment option.

The pictures of the end tables did not make them seem so cheap. Was disappointed that they were just metal legs etc and when we put them together they seemed like they might work in a dorm room, but not our bedroom.
