Overstock is an awful company! The customer service is horrible! They are rude! This company is a RIP OFF! Please DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY! I wish I could give them a zero!!

I purchased a sofa bed and was given a delivery date that fit my needs. However, the day the item was being delivered, I was informed that morning and had to travel to the delivery location. Once I arrived and was waiting, I received a call that the item was not on its way. This was extremely frustrating as I had re-arranged my scheduled and traveled 1.5 hours to the delivery location. Two weeks later, I received a new delivery date, traveled to the the delivery location and... the item never arrived! I called the company twice to check in during the delivery window (12 - 5 pm) and twice I was told that the item was on its way ("the driver will be there in 40 minutes"). I waited until 7 pm and received no updates and the item never arrived. I have not received an update.

I bought 3 products. I reviewed 2 of them 5 star and 1 of them 1 star. My 1 star review got instantly deleted. So just a heads up their reviews all fraudulently skewed positive. They wouldn't give me an explanation to why they deleted my negative review.

I purchased 2 rugs from Overstock and received the orders with no issue. I paid the order in full. However, I received a past due notice in the amount of $85. I called customer service and when I questioned what I was being charged for and was told I made a recent purchase for $21. I told her I did not make any purchases since I paid my balance in full. Apparently they have been charging me money each month for something, but the representative could not tell me what I supposedly bought. Again I told her I had not made any purchases, and she said I owed the balance. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. Do not buy from them… I will close my bank account before I pay them their ransom money!!

Overstock prices have skyrocketed! More than other sites. So far, items I search for are either the same price as other online retailers or prices are up to 30% higher. Ive noticed this trend. A table on Overstock can be $1100 but elsewhere $650, a planter on overstock $499 when its $256 on wayfair or other online retailers. The worst part is that I have this store card and I don’t see me using it much anymore. Sure they do a Price Match but why are we having to look up the cheaper prices when they know its marked up to 30% to 40% more? This is a turnoff Im disappointed with how things are Now than before. A great place to get deals before and now its a place for price gauging

If i can give a zero to them i would! Worst customer service everNever again will i be buying from them. Worst customer service ever! I had orgibally bought a wagon from them and it was broken. So i requested a replacement. They got back to me no problem. The only problem was i reached out to them about a change of address but noone ever fixed it so they ship it to a hoise i no longer live at. I had request again for. Return exchange label and this time they want to charge me all sorts of fees and customer service just took forever to get back to me. So i had to reach out to then again telling them to just do a return seems too much work for exchange and they wanted to charge ne $52 for shipping. Why do i have to put out the fee when its all their fault! Absolutely ridiculous.

DONT BUY THE PRE PAID SHIPPING LABELS!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! Do it yourself! Overstock wanted to charge me $35.00 to return 2 curtains!!!!!! I went to USPS and returned it for $12.00!!!!!!!!!! How the hell can they do that???? Im gonna think twice before I EVER use Overstock again.

They said it was delivered. Not at my house it wasn't. I was home when I got the notice. Walked out and nothing. Nowhere. And Overstock is silent. NEVER buy from them. Its just a donation. You'll get nothing in return
