I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! We ordered a gazebo from Wayfair. We had just finished building our desk and were excited to put the gazebo up. They kept changing the delivery date which didn't help. The gazebo was coming in 5 boxes. FedEx finally came and only dropped off 2. He didn't know about the other boxes. The next day, another box showed up, the day after that another box, and the next day the last of the boxes. Upon opening the boxes, 2 of the main posts were dented, and a hardware kit (#1) was open and the hardware was all over. I called and was transferred to a supervisor by the name of Ashley. She seemed apologetic and gave us a $400 credit off the total price which was great. We were then told it would come the week of Sept 23rd. Now we see that the shipment won't be here until the last week in September. This has totally screwed up getting people to help us put it together. Ashley PROMISED to call us back the next day to follow up and to see if they can get it to us earlier. She never called. Two days later she still never called. I have since called and left several messages, sent an email to both her and someone named Bruce. To this day, still, no one has called us. This is extremely poor customer service. They obviously don't care about providing the best customer care. I will never order from there again. Just horrible service. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

Horrible experience!! Ordered a sideboard first time doing business with them. Saw it went on sale the day after I purchased it. Reached out to them to see if they would adjust my pricing NO they said. I was suppose to receive it on the 18th. Never came!! Apparently it was delivered some where else. I had to pull teeth to get a courtesy credit of $15. Yet still I was over paying than what they had it on sale for. Then they tell me it’s going to take an additional 10 Business days to get the item!! Oh no forget it. Went to Amazon got better quality better pricing and delivery is always on point!! I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order with this unscrupulous jive company

I recently purchased about 12 items from Overstock in one order. I wanted to return a few of the items, and they told me I'd have to return in 3 separate packages and pay 3 return fees (totaling $54) because the items "came from different partners." Translation: Overstock is simply a middleman sitting there taking orders and collecting the money pretending to be a "retailer." I wasted over an hour trying to get this resolved, and no one could explain to me why it isn't in their return policy that you will have to pay a large fee for each item you want to return even if they're all from the same order.

I received a bill for $2.00 interest on a purchase I had paid off 2 weeks before the due date. I made a purchase for approximately two hundred dollars and paid it off in 3 payments. When I called about this 2 dolllar charge on a zero balance I was told it is a residual interest charge. Huh? WOW! What a shady way to steal people's money. The man I spoke with was named Chris and he was not very friendly. I would prefer to give them zero stars for customer service. They will get the 2 dollars but I have shredded that card and will never do business with them again!!! SMH

Bought a outdoor patio furniture set but cannot put it together due to several defects on several items such as table and chair. called for refund but was asked to put everything together in the boxes but some boxes have thrown away. but why should return big furnitures for them when it was their problems that sent me defective furnitures. will never buy anything from overstock

I was looking to purchase an outdoor daybed. They had it in two colors gray and teal. The teal is $170 more. I used Overstock's questions/answer section to ask why - 3 times. Each time I go back and check my question has been removed. Not sure why there is that much of a discrepancy.

I received a slipcover that was the wrong color, not what was described or was shown on the website. Not my fault, but still, Overstock.com charged me $20!!! for a return shipping label. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The purchase item was much smaller than the impression from the advertisement. You have to pay for the return of the product. On line ordering for quality products are difficult, its better to see it in person.
