In February 2021 I purchased the Mandy 52 inch 3-light crystal LED ceiling fan with remote by Jonathan Y from Overstock. When it arrived the fan was defective. After contacting Overstock I was sent a new fan. The second fan arrived with missing pieces and only one of three working bulbs. After several communications I was sent the missing pieces, given a small refund and compensated for the bulbs I had to buy. Overstock acted like they were doing me a favor. Unbelievable! Now, 8 months later the fan makes a loud noise on all 3 speeds and cannot be used. I contacted Overstock to request a refund or replacement and I was told they only provide a 30 day warranty. All I can say is the fan is a piece of junk and Overstock couldn't care less that they are peddling cheaply made, defective merchandise. So now I have to purchase a new ceiling fan and pay an electrician to install it. Beware buyers!!!!

Went with over stock as it was the best prices and did not look at reviews when it came I had to put it together. The next day my charge card had a 500.00 charge so I went back and looked they had reversed th 359 charge and now it cost 500.00. When I called they said the cost was right I went to web and the price had changed. Even the email was gone. Will not be back and will tell anyone not to shop with them.

Nous n avons eu que des problèmes avec overstock ( junto). Des repports de livraison, des meubles cassés, ils devaient monter notre salle à manger et il ne l ont pas fais. Maintenant sa fais 6 mois que l on attend notre salle à manger complets plus meuble tv et table de salon,et nous n avons que la table et les 8 chaises plus un meuble cassé. Ils ne fond rien pour arranger le chose. Évitez absolument se magasin.

When I ordered the bedframe the initial description said headboard was included. Headboard did not come so I called the company who stated they would look into the matter. Received a call later saying the description does not indicate headboard was included. Went back onto the description and now the headboard item was deleted. Very deceitful and dishonest company

I ordered dinnerware valued more than $200. It was not as advertised -neither matte finish nor microwave safe. Under Overstock return policy I would need to expend $90 in return shipping costs. I contacted customer service to see if they would waive return costs because of their misleading product description. They refused. Previously, I made multiple purchases from Overstock. I will not return to the site.

Worst company to order from!!! -- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! -- Do not order from here!!! They shouldn't be in the business! If only I could give zero stars, I would!

Cheap stuff. When you order the date they say is not going to happen. After you order then they say delayed. I’ve been waiting 2months now. Stay clear of this place.

Worst customer service ever!! So many issues - too to mention! Steer clear.
