Horrible communication after the order was placed. Tracking info and shipping info links via email led to nothing so I had no info and was lucky to be home to sign for the product

Shipping was quick, which I love and the price was great! However, these rugs were to replace the same exact ones that I have from a few years ago and the quality is just not the same. They definitely aren’t a high quality rug which I am aware and this is because I replace them often, but the quality has definitely went down from my previous order!
