My loveseat looks just as shown on-line. It arrived well packaged and extremely easy to assemble. Very firm but comfy. Very comfy fully reclined, more so than my last two love seats. Also easy to raise the foot rest and close it. We love our purchase! My only complaint was that the site says shipped in 3-5 business days. It was ordered Oct 9th and delivered Oct 20th.

The product is really nice and very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that on one of the glass shelves are 2 warning labels which take up about 25% of the glass. When you try to remove them so that you can effectively use the glass shelves there is a residue that is very difficult to remove. I have put Windex on and let it sit and soaked the glass in the sink with extra strength dish detergent and it is still not fully removed.

Shipping was fast. I love the rug. Colors are true. Looks great. The only thing was- it says it is wool but it is awfully stiff - NOT super soft like any other wool rug I've had.

Shipping was prompt. Comforter is just the right thickness. I washed it right away , and one of the corners (filling bunched up on the inside, and wont straighten out), isn't the greatest, but I am using it regardless. Too much of a pain to send back.

They have a good selection of products at good prices. Shipping can be slower than with other online retailers.

It was wonderful we love the rug wish it was a little thicker.

We love our table/chair set however one of the chairs has a stain on it, and one side of the table has a peeling edge - which is not great for something that is brand new! Outside of these issues, the ordering and delivery process were easy.

Item arrived as expected.
