My packaged is lost and I can’t even get a hold of someone from overstock customer service

Horrible cancel my order without any notification and set my project back.

The item is for a small child, it is not the size it indicated,I would like a refund, but I cannot put it back nine the tiny box it arrived in.

Listing did not clearly state final sale, no returns. Website says returns within 30 days yet when I tried to return my purchase was told it was non returnable. This should be clearly stated on the item listing

Placed an order over a week ago and have not received any information since. No processing or shipping email

My first order got lost and nobody is refunding my card. 2nd order got lost again. Very poor customer service.

I purchased a storage cabinet that came in parts and required constructing. The package had obviously been opened by a previous customer and the components poorly packaged with torn styofoam packing. There is no packing slip so there is no way to know if all components are in the box and there are no instructions to guide putting together. Now what do I do?

Sent to wrong address at a house I haven't lived in for over 9 years in a different state!!!!!
