I've been dealing with overstock for years. Never really had any problems. Ordered a coat from one of their 3rd party sellers. Opensky , the coat had missing buttons. Terrible material just awful looking. I mailed it back via usps. They claim they haven't received it. It's been a nightmare. I want my money back on my card. I have spoken with numerous overstock representatives. I will not purchase anything from overstock again.

SLECHTSTE SERVICE OOIT In juli tuintafel aangekocht twv 2500 euro . Wordt uiteindelijk in november (!) aangeleverd als zelfbouwpakket, dit was niet vooraf gecommuniceerd. Zou nooit besteld hebben als ik had geweten dat ik een 3 meter lange tafel zelf in mekaar moest steken en lijkt me voor die prijs ook 'niet gebruikelijk'. Ik vergelijk dan met andere meubelwinkels aan dezelfde prijzen. Na het telefonisch contacteren van de winkel wordt ik verzocht op de website een klacht te openen bij de dienst naverkoop ... na 2 weken geen enkele reactie ...

I bought a product just a few days ago and they put it on sale. I haven’t even received the product and it’s 57 dollars cheaper today. I couldn’t get any kind of adjustment on price even though I had an earlier coupon. Customer service was no help at all. Last order with them!

So I usually don't bash businesses but in this case I'm going to you only have 30 minutes from the time you start your order be aware of this if your address is incorrect and it goes to the wrong place you will pay the price through your pocketbook then you have to pay for the shipping label also besides shipping it back be aware they have their handout for any money they can get I will never do business with this company again

I've purchased a Carson Carrington Iglesjo Acacia Mid-century Platform Bed. This item is advertised under the Carson Carrington brand which belongs to Overstock.com. WRONG! This is the Armen Living Brand Item model LCLFBDQN, Just type in the number in the Google search and you will see it for the $400 cheaper price, but under the Armen living brand. This is a very shady practice. After receiving this bed, I contacted Overstock, asked for a discount and to remove this misleading listing from the website. They offer me $100 only. The package is not identified as Carson Carrington at any place. Pure dropshipping for a double price. No more shopping at this website for me anymore.

Purchased a patio chair set, it was delivered missing hardware and contained damaged parts. Customer service was dreadful, slow and nearly useless. After a month, I got replacement parts which also were damaged. They offered O Club membership (who cares?) and site credit (really after this experience?). This is the last purchase on Overstock.com for me. I couldn't be more disappointed by a company!!

Early on, I purchased an inflatable bed for about $100 from this new web site and received it promptly. However, it would not stay inflated for even one night. I contacted them and they sent another one. It would also not stay inflated. After three of them, I realized they were all defective. I was never able to get my money back or any other satisfactory resolution, they just kept it. I will never do business with this company again as they took my money and delivered no useful product.

I ordered a wall clock and it didn’t fit in the area I wanted to put it. I called Overstock and told them I wanted to return the item. I was told that I would have to pay the shipping costs to return it. I have purchased on line from all of the on line companies and never was charged return shipping. Not good customer service.
