Purchased a pre-lit artificial Christmas tree that advertised free shipping. I took the tree out as soon as it arrived to make sure it worked, and numerous sections of the lights did not work. I requested a return/refund. They did not refund $81 for shipping back a defective item. contrary to the terms stated.

They have to high of monthly payments and interest. Paying off and cutting card up.

Be careful buying perfumes at Overstock. I bought a Dior Homme 6.7 cologne in September 2021, I did not doubt its authenticity and that is why it did not occur to me to open it and check so I kept it as a backup since I had an open one bought in another store. I opened it a few days ago and I was very surprised when I realized that it is false. I immediately contacted the customer service stating my case, in addition to being aware of the return policy but this case was unusual, since I trusted them, and it is not that I have changed my mind or got discouraged from the purchased product and after months I want to return it, but the product of almost $ 123 dollars was a fake !!! Now they answer me that they cannot do anything, that it was my responsibility to open and make sure of the product and that they also do audits of their products. Lo abrí hace unos días y me sorprendió mucho cuando me di cuenta de que es falso. Inmediatamente me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente exponiendo mi caso, además de estar al tanto de la política de devoluciones pero este caso era inusual, ya que confiaba en ellos, y no es que haya cambiado de opinión o me haya desanimado del producto comprado y después de meses Quiero devolverlo, pero el producto de casi $ 123 dólares era falso !!! Ahora me responden que no pueden hacer nada, que era mi responsabilidad abrir y asegurar el producto y que también hacen auditorías de sus productos. ¡Nunca más Overstock, ten cuidado!

Je ne saurais même pas résumer la situation tellement cette société est déplorable et je ne parle pas que du magasin à Knokke où ils ont fait erreurs sur erreurs, où un vendeur donne des informations le matin et le suivant complètement inverses l'après midi mais bien de cette société en général. Du marketing et uniquement du marketing. Le service de livraison est mauvais avec des changements imprévisibles et un service après vente injoignable qui n'a rien avoir avec le magasin où a eu lieu l'achat. j'attends toujours une table pour compléter les 6 chaises reçues, commandée en avril 2021 et dont je ne sais même pas quand elle va m'être livrée. A force de changements, j'ai demandé un remboursement, sans réponse à ce jour. Une vraie catastrophe!! Peut être aurait il fallu que je commande le mobilier le plus cher pour avoir un minimum de considération.

Purchased island counter stools from Overstock.com. Chairs became unstable and one broke less than 9 months in. Called and replacement was sent in May 2021. The same thing happened to the replacement chairs. The design is garbage- they can't be tightened or fixed. The company does not stand behind their product and told me there is nothing to resolve. BUYER BEWARE! Don't let them screw you over, too.

Very poor customer service

I wish I’d read these before ordering!! Frustrating and unacceptable customer service. Ordered a nightstand and it arrived with damage. They took no responsibility for resolving. I expected a return, refund or replacement option. Customer rep said I must communicate the issue with the vendor. So for the last week I’ve been emailing with a company rep in China whose English is barely literate. No options…they want to replace the damaged piece: “it need to shipping from another countries to your end. usual it will need few time to you end. please no worries, we will push courier more fast to you end.” It’s already been 2 weeks since my original order with a dozen pieces lying on the floor. This is a joke. Why am I not laughing! Never again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Made it SO difficult to return an item. I chatted with help twice and both times it was a complete waste of time and both people at overstock ended the chat. Def will not order from here again. total waste of time and money and not to mention product was defective and broke about a month after i bought it
