Don’t buy from overstock there products are not made with good quality materials. I purchased accents chairs from them I never sat on them but the legs crack open, I called them for replacement and they said my Warranty Expires. I never sat on these chair they are just in my living space as decoration

I ordered a sectional through overstock. The reclining section stopped working in about a month. Overstock was out of stock so we couldn't get another sectional so they let me return it without a problem. The problem started with the company they had come and get the sectional which was ceva. They scratched up our hard wood flooring with deep scratches and ran into our dishwasher and dented it up. Overstock says sorry there's nothing we can do it is now the carriers problem. No one wants to take responsibility for this and pay us for the repairs they caused. I feel like Overstock is responsible for this and the other company was hired by Overstock. This is definitely not our issue to resolve it is overstocks. I would recommend anyone who is not sure about Overstock to really think before using the company for anything big that has to be delivered by the 3rd party.

I recently ordered 3 barstools. We decided they were to high and to return them to your company. You charged me $90 for the return. This is unexceptable, I could have ordered these from Amazon and they would have returned them without charging me. I will not be ordering from your company again. And would not recommend you to anyone I know.

I placed a order for two purses. Using Apple Pay it had all my contact information. For some reason, my address was changed by the Overstock app. I spent three hours trying to track down these packages, talking to the post office, chatting with the customer service reps, and calling neighbors. I also received a email saying that the tracking showed that these packages arrived at the correct address and that Overstock considered the issue resolved. I was very lucky to finally find my packages. If I hadn’t found them, and getting that email, I don’t think I would have gotten replacements or a refund. I am updating this review. I have received five emails as of today saying the same thing. This is getting to the point of having to block them from sending me anything else.

WARNING - Waiting 4 months for my refund of over $1000.00. Put dispute in with credit card Company. I would not recommend making a purchase from this company

aweful return policy. Canceled an order they sent it days later and said no cancelation gaurentee. Then they send me an email and says it going to be delivered early on a specific date. I stay home from work and it never shows. After looking at ups tracking jt never showed it was coming early. Why would they send an email saying it was?

I bought a really nice looking Queen Bed-in-bag from Overstock. I bought it because my girlfriend was coming to town and I wanted to have something nice on my bed for her. It got to my place in a timely manner. I put it on my bed the night before she was suppose to arrive. About 3 hrs later, I started "itching" like all get out! I thought what in the hell is going on! Turns out, bed set was infected with dust mites! I could believe it. I jump off my bed, removed the set. I out another shhet set on my bed. I'll be damned if the mites had infected my mattress. I had to buy another mattress set. I washed the sheet set that came with the Bed-in-bag. It shedded more lint in my dryer than I have ever seen before. I had to buy new pillows. Wash clothes over and over. This turned out to be the worst purchase I had ever made. People, do not "buy" any linens, bed sets of any kind from Overstock. They obviously have there merchandise setting around for eons. They send it out and "pray" nothing goes sideways with the purchase. I will never buy another item from Overstock, period!!!

Overstock lures you in with promises of quick delivery. I placed an order one week ago that they estimated would arrive today (one week hence). It didn’t show up. I chatted with their customer service today, it hadn’t been processed yet .. who knows when or if it will arrive. This is an order over $1000. I’ve been cheated.
