They sent me a couch missing parts they said they had but didn’t have in their warehouse. I have a loan via progressive and protocol for them on returns is price match since it was their mistake not ours… I would only get my loan terminated and let me just say it’s close to 2 grand and wouldn’t get back what I have paid waiting on them to call, email or anything about the situation. Or bull crap. I’ll be getting my attorney and see them in court. Don’t buy from them!

You must contact Overstock less than 30 minutes after you place your order in order to cancel. I ordered a 9x12 area rug. Tried to cancel too late. Was told return shipping would be $200.

Overstock.com buyers beware!!!! I purchased a sofa cover and a pair of armchair covers at a cost of approximately $80 but was unhappy with the poor quality of the product. When I returned the items, the company informed me that they charged me approximately $40 in shipping cost. WHAT… are you kidding me? Forty dollars in shipping costs for eighty dollars worth of merchandise which weighed about as much as a bag of captured oxygen and was about as big as Yoda in a pair of heels!!! I mean really… $40. There’s companies that would have charged me less than $40 to return the whole couch!!!! Anyways, this was my first purchase with Overrated.com and needless to say, it will be my last!!!

Find a new place to shop! Shipped product missing pieces, wrong assembly guide, and not as pictured. Getting someone to actually help is IMPOSSIBLE. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to use a reputable retailer and save yourself the immense frustration of dealing with people who don't care.

I would never order anything from this company again! even through Amazon as a third-party seller like we did. Ordered a bedframe as a Christmas gift. They showed up four hours early to deliver it and the person who the gift was for was actually home so the surprise was ruined! And the driver tried to get nasty with me over the phone, I had to hang up on him. I contacted the company and Amazon....nobody did anything as far as compensation for their behavior. Also once the bed/headboard was opened, the headboard was damaged/ripped so once again we had to Deal with that company again to get that replaced and yet again they did not offer any sort of discount or whatever for ruining someone’s Christmas surprise and creating a lot of unnecessary BS! Additionally if they would’ve delivered the thing in the first place at the correct time frame it would’ve been opened and inspected like it should’ve been and refused and they could’ve just taken the thing back and we would’ve bought one somewhere else. I would order from anyone else except overstock.com!

I ordered drapes, the color I ordered was Pearl. When they arrived they are light brown/tan. I contacted Overstock and was told I would have to pay to return them. I explained the color ordered was not what I received and was told as per Overstock that is "Buyers Remorse" I will never order from Overstock again and strongly recommend everyone stay away from this shady company

NEVER ORDER FROM OVERSTOCK! I ordered a 4,000 bedroom suite in August and received it in November which was fine. I finally got everything out of the boxes to notice I was missing the footboard, rails, and the whole night dresser. Called overstock to inform them about the missing pieces and long story short the pieces were lost and couldn’t be replaced because the item went out of stock. I’ve scheduled a return for the items I did have to get my refund back. It is now almost February and the furniture is STILL not picked up and my schedule pickups getting canceled. I had to call the carrier to see if they were still coming for them to tell me no they didn’t have a truck while I made arrangements to be at my house. I can not get my money back until this furniture is picked up! This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them!

Zeer slecht. We hebben een loungeset en tuinset besteld, netjes bij elkaar passend nadat we vriendelijk in de winkel in Wilsele werden geholpen. De levering was echter alles behalve aangenaam. Allereerst werd de leverdatum plots gewijzigd naar een datum 2 maanden later (dus helaas, niet meer op tijd voor de zomer). Helaas, kan gebeuren. Het zou wel fijn zijn als ze ons hier van te voren over zouden kunnen verwittigen, in plaats van ons de hele dag nodeloos thuis te laten wachten op de levering. De levering werd tot de voordeur gebracht. Geen enkel probleem, dat was zo gecommuniceerd en stelde ons ook in staat om de grote dozen voorzichtig te transporteren zonder iets te beschadigen. Aangezien de tuinmeubelen uit de bestelbus werden gegooid (in plaats van gedragen) en de doos al beschadigd was, toch maar eerst de doos geopend om te controleren dat de meubels nog intact waren: niet dus. Overal beschadigingen aan de zwarte coating. Foto's doorgestuurd en het bericht dat de beschadigde meubels zouden worden vervangen. Dit was het begin van de ellende. Na ongeveer 10 leveringen (en dus net zo veel dagen regelen dat er iemand thuis is) is onze bestelling nog altijd niet compleet. De tuintafel en de tuinstoelen (3 keer omgewisseld ivm schade) zijn nu eindelijk compleet (ruim een half jaar na bestelling), de loungeset is al 3 keer beschadigd geleverd en voor de defecte loungetafel hadden ze wel een ophaal-order aangemaakt, maar geen lever-order, zodat we nog bijna een onderdeel kwijt waren ook. Kortom, prettige ontvangst in de winkel, maar de levering is een grote ramp.
