Easy to order. Color is not quite what I thought it would be on the chair, but it is nice. I had no idea we would be assembling the chair. Good quality and a nice product.

Everything went well with the exception of your tracking app tracking did not work very well

The products (2x queen size cabinet Murphy beds) were of good quality compared to competitor products. One of the units was missing 8 machine screws. Rather than dealing with sending the items back, I just order overnight replacements from a different company. Both units had minor scratches that quality control used a marker on "to half attempt" to cover but did not let the color cover-up dry before boxing it. The marks stuck to the cardboard protection pieces. One of the sets of metal hooking latches came in the ziplock bag rusted. A quick wipe of a rag and clear sealant restored it. (If you do not have sealant then you can use clear finger nail polish).

Good product fast delivery

My first attempt to order my credit card was declined and had to contact my bank to correct the error. I had to also your company to correct my address in my second attempt to order and your agent Tabby was very helpful, pleasant yet professional while helping me. I will give another review once my order is delivered as it is on back order.
