Every time I order there seems to be a delay in shipment. It’s very frustrating.

Would have been better if all items from the same furniture set would have arrived together

Tracking is not good. Shipping seems to take a long time. My rug isn't here yet.

I strive to offer honest product reviews and dislike giving poor ratings. However, I would not want you to purchase something that will result in disappointment. I searched for quite some time for a sideboard made of wood and not composed solely of “pressed board.” This unit is reportedly made of pine. As noted, I don’t like to give poor ratings, but honestly, I was disappointed in this product. We have two screws that came through the wood (in the front of the unit) due to poorly drilled starter holes. The holes were drilled slightly “off” resulting in the screw coming through the wood. We had to back them out and are now trying to find a creative way to putty the two problem areas. Also, the inside shelf is weak and did not come with any supports. I will not be able to place anything on that shelf until we try to add our own supports. In addition, the back of the product is that flimsy “cardboard” type of material that came in two pieces. The connecting plastic support was cracked. We thought—ok, it will go in the back, no one will see it, but we know it’s cracked and is not very supportive. If you touch the back from the inside, it moves. It’s not very secure. Finally, the bottom of the drawers is made of that same “cardboard” and is not made of any wood, real or manufactured. While it’s a pretty unit and the hardware is nice, it’s poorly made and may be of lesser value than the unit I sold and replaced with this one for this area. Assembly time was approximately 8 hours. Sorry, Overstock! This was a “miss.”

The side tables i purchased appeared much lighter in the stock photos. The return policy is ridiculous to send back the nightstands that cost a total of $250 they want $100 just to ship them back. You’re better off ordering furniture from Amazon or Wayfair which has better options to return things if you don’t like it in person.

Right now I'm in the middle of an issue with my upcoming delivery. I'm getting conflicting advice from customer service. I'm going to call tomorrow.

Arrived broken and the fabric torn. Very uncomfortable couch. Beautiful color and design. Not practical, due to firmness and shipping damage.

Well considering my package was set for delivery Friday Sept 11th and it’s now Sunday Sept 13th … and my package has not been delivered and the tracking has no update since it showing shipped on the 10th and no other communications. I’m not pleased
