I received one of the three items…
I received one of the three items ordered. the shoes arrived in a small box, which absolutely did not contain the 2 hats I ordered. I called customer service which was not helpful at all and told me to contact UPS. UPS told me to contact the merchant. will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered two 60” fans brand was…
I ordered two 60” fans brand was supposed to be DiGLED. I received two 42” fans that are a totally different brand. I decided to place another order since we all make mistakes but then I received the same thing two 42” fans. Your inventory is either mismarked or you need to fix your website. This is ridiculous

horrible
horrible. damaged product; when i called for the return (and i included a photo of the damaged goods) i was told the process for a refund included me (a handicapped individual) had to package it up and haul it out to the lobby. then… it takes 20 days (at least) for a refund. i have ordered from Overstock for years and after this, i will never order again.

You ran a jewelry sale then cancel my order!
You ran a jewelry sale. I ordered an engagement ring which was in stock. You canceled the order. I logged in again and ordered another engagement ring that was on sale, completed the order and you cancelled it a second time at the sale price. The rings are still in stock but now not on sale. I called a representative and they told me that they were in fact available and that I could reorder but now the price is $1000 higher than what I should have been able to purchase the ring for. Very disappointed with Overstock.

No delivery no communication from overstock no response from overstock when I reached out directly…
My delivery was scheduled to arrive last Wednesday. It did not it has not arrived yet. I’ve reached out to the company several times and got no response. I’m very unhappy with overstock and may not order from you again in the future.

Delayed delivery, no updates, poor communication
My order should have been delivered on Tuesday, then Thursday, and it's Saturday and there are no updates from Overstock or for tracking information. Unacceptable!
