Overstock.comReviews of overstock.com

Beware- they do not stand behind their 3rd party sellers who DO NOT DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!! Ordered a closet door from Otto and Sohn USA (They are not in the USA but he way) through Overstock with a $1600.00+ price tag and followed the measuring recommendation on the site exactly/ it said to measure 1-2 inches more. It took 12 weeks to arrive. And it does not fit. I emailed Overstock- they told me to email the supplier. I reached out to Otto-Sohn and they said they Do not take returns. I’ve been back and forth with them several times. No apologies- no attempts to make it right- this was NOT cheap and they’ve made no attempts to fix - I followed the measurement instructions they provided to select my size. They say it was custom made- if so then why are there Only 2 height choices provided. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! AND DONT FEEL SAFE THAT YOU’LL BE COVERED BY OVERSTOCK. THEY'LL JUST HANG YOU OUT TO DRY AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY.

Crap quality, no customer service, crap return policy. This was my first and last time buying from this scam of a company 😒 😑

Exercise Caution! We ordered a side table that showed up damaged. We called Overstock, they sent another table and said not to return the originally purchased one, because of the damage. Now trying to purchase something else - a year later - and our account has a hold on it demanding payment for the damaged table. This company is a bunch of shysters.

First of all, the customer service is terrible, i bought 400 worth of furniture , all of it was either wrong color or bad quality materials... i regret buying all this stuff .

Terrible quality, we ordered a table and chairs and the chairs are dangerously falling apart. Our friend with muscle dystrophy could have gotten hurt since the chairs were so badly falling apart. They are cheaply made. They are making us ship the entire set back but we can’t find large shipping boxes and they won’t provide them.

Buyers be aware! The customer service is horrible! I have ordered 1,300 worth of furniture. I got the wrong color chairs that my son had assembled to surprise me. He also got rid of the boxes. In order to get the right color, blue instead of green, Overstock is asking me to disassemble the 4 chairs, box them up and ship them so that they can order me the blue chairs. When I offered a middle-of-the-road compromise, send me a $240 bench free of charge so that only 2 green chairs would show, the offer was flat out refused. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Overstock. Neither should you.

I ordered $300+ of merchandise and they sent it to my old address clear across the country. Now they expect me to get the merchandise. I have contacted UPS and they say contact Overstock, Overstock says contact UPS. They will not refund nor send me a duplicate order! Very unwilling to contact the owner of where it was delivered to or have UPS go after it. If this gets resolved I will update my review.

I was told I would receive a full refund that was a lie shame on you will be shopping at wayfair now
