I will never use these guys ever again. Bought a wooden cabinet from them. It was delivered with broken parts. Got in touch and advised to tell them which parts were broken and they would arrange for replacements to be sent. If I had not heard anything in 10 days then please reach out again (thats the start of a common theme) After multiple attempts to get the spare parts they finally conceded they couldn't provide any and instead offered a partial refund and I keep the cabinet or return for a full refund. If I don't get the refund in 10 days please contact us..... Its now over 2 months since I bought this cabinet and I am still yet to see any spare parts or any refund and instead I just keep getting apologetic emails and told to contact again in 10 days if nothing changes. I'm about fed up with this, should have disputed the payment with my CC provider and got my money back that way.

I ended up closing my account...I paid off my bill on time and following month they billed me 2.70 I called to find out why and for them to waive charge gave me horrible explanation and wouldn't take off charge I paid and canceled and they could care less I canceled card....terrible but their loss

I ordered a breadbox, and received a cheese board. Then I had to pay them $27.00 for a return label to send back their mistake.

In attempting to make an online order, the coupon code would not work.. Called and spoke with an overstock representative (800-843-2446) and gave my credit card information. The representative said they would call me back in 15 to 20 minutes and never did. Meanwhile during that time frame that my credit card was compromised and an unauthorized charge was attempted. WARNING: If you provide your credit card information to an overstock representative you are taking a huge risk.

I ordered 19 inch cabinet handles and received 6 inch handles. Returning them has been a big hassle even though it was their error.

I purchased 3 outdoor umbrellas that were very expensive in June of last year. I used them for the summer season and packed them up for indoor storage. This year when I pulled them out two of the 3 umbrellas had the pully string break within 2 weeks of use. I was told the product had a 30 warranty on it and they would not issue a credit or replace the umbrellas. Overstock provided me with an incorrect phone number and instructed me to contact the manufacturer directly. I did finally get the correct phone number from Overstock but the manufacturer to date has not gotten back to me. I have spent a lot of money with Overstock and I'm very disappointed they do not support their customers or back the products they sell. I wrote a review about the product and my experience on the Overstock site and it was rejected because I included a negative comment on Overstock's support.

They will only let you put reviews that they select. And they will only select good ones. So the reviews on products can’t be trusted.

I ordered patio furniture two months ago and spent a lot of time on it but my order was canceled due to being “oversized “. Terrible company and don’t buy any furniture from them!
