When I saw these chairs and they had to be put together, I thought maybe I could do it. However, since I’m a senior citizen and the product quite heavy, I could not lift them to put them together, so I had a young friend do it. Apparently there were some screws and/or washers missing and he had to improvise (which I could not have done). As far as the finished product goes, I love the chairs. Thank you.

The rod on one of the spinners is warped, very cheaply made, so looks crooked when place in ground. Darn.

Update: they weren't able to substitute color but did process a full refund. Original: Ordered Sept 6th with delivery scheduled for 9/10. Nine days later (15th) and it still hasn't shipped. Says delayed with no estimated ship date.

My wife and I are in our 80's and we didn't expect to have to assemble the chairs once we received them.

It arrived on your time, but spent time wasted in shipper warehouses. The package arrived with a big hole in the wrapping, fortunately the items inside were not damaged.

Experience was eh. Everything was late again. I don’t understand why they can’t make their commitments or why I keep trying to have success shopping with Overstock.
