Be prepared to pay a lot of money and a do it yourself project!
A $2400 desk arrived in 2 boxes filled with many plywood pieces that needed to be assembled. The top piece of the desk was cracked along with a smaller side piece. Had I paid more attention to the fact it was not assembled, I would have never ordered it. A desk that expensive should had been a better quality piece.

Poor craftsmanship and unresponsive customer service
I never received any response from Bed Bath and Beyond about the poorly sewn zipper in the pillowcase and the fact that the seam was visibly frayed and the zipper unable to close. I responded to their request within the prescribed time—and 12 days later have neither a response nor a replacement part.

I ordered the same ring 2 times
I ordered the same ring 2 times. Both were canceled .First time never gave a reason. 4 days later an email came out apologizing for the canceled item and said I could order it again. So I did just to find out 2 days later got canceled again. Called your customer service and they told me the rings were sent defective and that was why it was canceled. I contacted pompeii and they were not aware of any defective items. They did tell me that there was a price increase on the ring. Called Overstock again and they told me the ring was out of stock. Your website showed it was available. I never experienced such a huge disappointment not once but twice.The Overstock website had the price over $600 more than what I paid for it.

I ordered the 11k diamond bracelet for…
I ordered the 11k diamond bracelet for a sale price and they canceled my order saying it was out of stock and then they raised the price of the bracelet and are selling it on stock at a higher price. It was never out of stock! They lied. They just didnt want to sell it for the sale price. The customer service people kept beating around the bush. This company sucks. They just lie. The bracelet is still in stock.

The sofa we ordered was not as quality…
The sofa we ordered was not as quality as pictured and the description does not say that it's an expandable couch. It just says no assembly required and mentions the cushions needing to expand. Now overstock will not take it back because it's expandable but that wasn't straight forward before it was opened
