Recently I ordered a reclining loveseat. Within one week, the foot rest on one side Broke in half. I contacted OS and was told by Diana that my case number would be escalated, and I would hear from someone w/i 3-4 business days. I waited 7. So I called again, and this time Matthew told me my case would be high priority, and I would hear from someone w/i 48 hours. Since I'm still waiting, I decided to amend my review from 4 stars to 1 star. I submitted the review, then went back to read it. They took my review out entirely. I have a sick feeling that I'm going to eat $1500. Will never buy from them again. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I will be contacting the BBB.

I have ordered numerous times from Overstock. Knowing now that the CEO was involved in the insurrection on January 6, I will never order a single item from this corrupt company. Very disappointed in the CEO for going against our Constitution.

They have awful customer service. The seller canceled our order. We talked to customer service, and they said the amount of the purchase will be credited to my account. But it does not show up in my account. They literally ate 350$ of my money

Gave 1 star as there was not an option for no stars. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from overstock.ca - shipments dates are not accurate and anything in the us sits on a dock at processing facility for days before its re routed to your destination and unlike Amazon or others you have to pay for shipping charges for any returns while the refund can take up to 4 weeks to show up - that is IF they decide to give you a refund - If not ...you lose all your money and will waste hours trying to recover funds but will get diverted through customer service so many times that it becomes a waste of your time and energy to pursue ...short of being a scam this is not a good business and certainly one that has not put any effort into their customer service platform - which ultimately means a slow death for these guys - do not trust this online business as it will only end in frustration for you and profits for them.

I returned two pillows I ordered but was only given credit for one. I have contacted them several times to no avail.

Purchased throw pillows advertised as "gold" color. Arrived and they were silver. I had to pay $80 shipping back to overstock even though I bought on Amazon

I ordered peel and stick tiles. We ended up not needing them so we returned them. They came in a box about 12"X8". We paid a total of $160 and got free shipping. We understood we'd need to pay shipping on return but OVERSTOCK charged us a shocking $154 to ship this item back from them and gave us a total return amount of $6 on a $160 order. I don't care how heavy the box was it should not cost that to ship back. If it cost that much to ship the company would be losing big by giving me free shipping on the order in the first place. Giant scam. They pick whatever number they want to charge for shipping. I didn't get a say in it I just dropped off at UPS like they asked. Frustrating. Customer service no help. Be warned.

Horrible company....they send you horribly made product (my floor pouf is shedding everywhere) and then it is nearly impossible to get a response back from them. Customer Service is rude and unaccommodating
