Awful company now, which I used to like at one time. First of customer service Reps are rude. They charged me a late fee when their website was being updated, which they were suppose to waive. I paid off my balance with them which was over a $1,200, and I miss one payment with another company they service, and they freeze me from using my overstock credit card. I wasn't even registered to make payments online yet since I had just got this other credit card within a couple weeks. Soon as I realized I missed a payment, I registered on website and paid it. They also had the nerve to charge me a late fee on this credit card also. They are taking it out on ALL their Customers for the ones who don't pay their payments on time and missed payments.. This is so unfair to the upstanding, diligent, and responible Customers. I closed my accounts with them, I respect myself enough to not have to deal with a Company such as this one. Put up with this kind of business tactics and treatment. It's truly sad how they come so far down from being one of the top Companies I used to love to shop at.

ordered 3 items in the same cart on 08/12 paid $30 extra for expediate service. The shipping time frames were 1-2 days. I received all items LATE based on that information not based on UPS standards. Overstock should not allow customers to PAY EXTRA when it over promises and under delivers. I would have been fine paying the regular standard shipping rates to receive ALL items within the week, but I needed them sooner since i dont have sheets right now. If overstock cannot meet those expectations they should not allow any customer the burden of paying EXTRA. Called OVERSTOCK to see if they could just refund the shipping and was told it was delivered on TIME and that I was wrong. Not good customer service. OVERSTOCK lost a customer, positive word of mouth and respect for $30. Hope its worth it.

Online, phone, customer service cannot make a payment. You call noone helps and then they wanna charge you late fees. Customer service is horrific and RUDE!!!!! I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would never use this company ever again!!!!

I purchased a rug from them. Two days later the same rug went on sale for 27 dollars less. Although they have a seven day price guarantee they refused to refund the difference. Their loss, I had several large rugs I was going to order for my home remodel, I'll order elsewhere.

I ordered theater seating from Overstock.com 7/11/22 and still have not received it. Estimated delivery date said 8/5/22. Finally got a call from their freight driver that it would be delivered today (8/15/22). Just got a call from them that they can't make it today 😠😤🤬

I have purchased one item from Overstock. It was a rug, it was lovely, and it was as described and suited my purposes exactly. It is now two years later and I am trying to remove myself from their mailing list. I am currently in France, and the tab to unsubscribe does not work. So I switched to a VPN in the US, and the tab still does not work. I called their customer service number (at international rates at 25 cents per minute) and finally got a representative on the phone. She was at an overseas call center, of course, and said she had unsubscribed me. I am still getting e-mails daily. I am so frustrated with them.

Overstock quoted a delivery date of August 1st for a dining table I ordered. It is now August 9th and no table. Suddenly I am being told it can take up to four weeks and if I choose to cancel my order there will be a minimum of a $100 charge. So they want to charge me for their delay and poor service! Ridiculous. I will wait them out to see if the table is received within their four week time period, but I will NEVER be ordering from them again. They treat their customers like they are doing us a favor. NOT.

Horrific support. Spoke with Liza using and support. In a UPS store trying to returns single order that came in two boxes. Overstock game me 1 label. There was a total of 60 seconds of communication between my self and the agent to get this resolved, and it took over 30 minutes. They had this poor girl handling way way way too many contacts at the same time. It was 8-10 minutes between each 1 sentence reply. The customer experience support leader should find another field of work. In addition, they charged me for the return shipment twice, for the second label. So ya, provide the worst support experience on earth and then steal from me.
