If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I purchased a chair over $200. It arrived and was horribly uncomfortable. Upon returning they charged me over $100 (shipping both ways). DONT SHOP WITH THEM.

10 days and still waiting for coffee maker. Keep extending delivery date. Blaming late delivery on Ukraine situation. Last purchase I will make with overstock. Showed up after 10 days. Program button on coffee maker does not work.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered a bedroom set July 27. It is now August 30 and I still haven't received anything. They use a shipping company called YRC freight and they have a Google rating of 2 out of 5. Customer service keeps telling me they are escalating to someone else. Ask for a supervisor, get put on hold, then they hang up. Overstock.com is a scam. 100% SCAM. I wish I had the money to do a class action lawsuit against these people.

I ordered the reclaimed shelf on overstock paid I believe $60 for it, it was not big enough and I wanted to send it back and I was told all I get back is $27, how disappointing that they gouge you one way or the other, from now on I'm sticking with Amazon they back you.

DO NOT USE OVERSTOCK ! I was misled into a "sale" on an item after I purchased it. and payed , I was sent a popup ad from the original retailer who sells through overstock (Design Toscano) That company sells the same item for 25% less. So if you want to be ripped off by a 3rd party , Go ahead use overstock or Amazon they both have lied, "Ripped off of $8.00 on a 65-dollar items not huge but the fact an ad for it showed up immediately after for less was frustratingly RUDE!"

Just made my first and last purchase with overstock. Did not realize how horrible their customer service was. With other similar companies they have to compete with, I have no clue how they stay in business. Returns are at the customer's expense no matter what. Received one bag that was ripped open and unusable and of course the burden is on me to return it with nothing offered from the company. Will never shop here again. Their price was also much more than home Depot where I purchased the same exact product and was able to return it right up the street for free.
