I would give 0 stars if possible. I was shopping for a Fat tire bike and Overstock ad came up on google for a good deal on a chinese made silver fat tire bike. It said would ship and deliver within 4 business days and it also said 10 available. So I went ahead and bought it and when I clicked purchase it said thanks for your order and when I clicked on the ad again it said 9 left in stock.... I waited 2 weeks and they never shipped the bike. I contacted support and they said they could not do anything. They said I could cancel the order. I told them to check into it. They said ok and that id for some reason it does not ship in 30 days Overstock will automatically cancel it. I'm thinking am I buying a bike or am I investing my time and money to have my funds locked down over at Overstock for a month while I wonder if they will ever ship the bike. As I was waitng for the bike I saw all the stock go 0. and a message on the ad said contact us for when this item is in stock. Then a day later there were 6 more in stock at a higher price. So I know they had inventory and I had bought the bike way before these other buyers that bought the bike days or weeks after I did. I get an email on week 3 that said for unknown reasons we had to cancel your order and here is a 10 % coupon you can use orn more expensive fat tire bikes. I will never ever buy from this site. This was my 1st purchase through them and they 300$ failed. I've spent $100,000 online and never had this problem with other sites. This site is a joke and should be put out of business. Don't ever buy from this site unless yoyu wanna waste your time and money. I'm still waiting for the refund.,,,

Twelve days after ordering (and two emails stating my item was being shipping) Overstock cancelled my order stating it was out of stock. Poor customer service and no apology.

I purchased a futon for my pregnant wife to use while she's working from home. We had the futon for approximately 12 days and it broke. The futon was made of cheap aluminum or metal to hold the legs into place and easily bent when my wife reached for something. This happened on September 29th and I have contacted overstock every day since. I emailed the seller, I emailed overstock customer service and nothing. Overstock created a case number and told me they would be in contact within two business days and its been 5. I told them the futon was for my pregnant wife and they ignored it and asked if there was anything else they could do. I've exhausted all options and they don't have the decency to call or assist with the problem. Their customer service is deplorable and carefree. They blame the seller, yet they allow the seller to continue to advertise items on their website and won't play the middleman when there are issues with the product.

Avoid Overstock. I will use Wayfair or others instead. This company refuses to allow cancellations or order corrections. My order was wrong but it said it would not ship for over a week, so I called customer service to cancel on a Monday and they said they would process cancellation but could not guarantee. They later responded on Wednesday the items were being shipped anyway that same day even though I requested cancellation before shipment. They appeared to expedite shipment so the order could not be cancelled after receiving my call. This will cost $150 to ship back and they (or their vendors) hope the customer will just keep the product and not pay to return it. Not a good business strategy.

If I could give zero stars if I could. Ordered mirrors on July 31st, 2022 which came in damaged. Returned mirrors which were received by the seller on August 18th, 2022. It is now October and I still do not have my refund. Overstock informs me to contact the Marketplace Seller - when I contact the Marketplace Seller they inform me that they have given the money back to Overstock and I should contact Overstock. I contact Overstoock and they inform me to contact the Marketplace Seller. They have been giving me the run around for months now and have my money.

10/2/22 I was not familiar with overstock but they had a good selection of wool rug runners and I needed one. On the website it looked very nice it was $2000. I ordered it I received it and when I unrolled it it was machine made and probably worth $300. A really huge disappointment. I will never shop with them again. Buyer beware ... Don't!

The rug is paper thin, the pile is very thin and sporadic. And that was just by opening the one end of this rug. Not even worth opening the whole rug. The item description says 100% polypropylene - this rug is NOT 100% polypropylene - it's more like an itchy yarn. $140+ for 7x9 rug and if I want to return this inferior product then Overstock will charge me $44+ to return a 13lb item. If the weight of the item would have been listed in the description I would have known this was a very cheaply made rug with a big price tag. This was the first time I ordered from Overstock and definitely will be the last time.

Their pricing is all over the place and they wont price match when the item you purchased is magically $800 cheaper 3 days later. And every time i placed an order something either never ships at all, gets lost in transit or arrives damaged. Customer service is absolutely horrible and no help at all. Stay away!
