Although their items are competitively priced,I think it’s a it’s a sales pitch when ordering and delivery dates are given. The majority of my items we’re delayed…Even when I ordered two of the exact same item – only one was delivered and now I’m waiting probably another two weeks beyond the promised initial date. So if you think you going to receive your items on time – think again. I believe that overstock states a delivery date just to get your sale!zero-stars. But it doesn’t allow this!Been on hold three times for over an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor!

I called to make a payment and the young lady was not nice. Then she called me back and blocked her number, twice and when I answered she cussed me out . How can we trust our info is safe and who wants to do business with a company like this anyway. Needless to say I have closed this acct!

I purchased two rugs from Overstock, one was perfect, the other just a little too large for the area. I mistakenly thought their return policy was like every other internet store I have bought from. How wrong I was. I started a return, shipped it back and they refunded me $18.73 for a $127.00 rug. The shipping was over $70 because I had "buyer remorse". This is a warning THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

This place is a disgrace. They just tried to hit my card for $60.00 and I have never dealt with them before. Scam alert

Closed my account for no reason. No warning. Dropped my credit limit at $500 down to closed account. Always paid statement on time, often before due date and more than minimum due. They are a rotten company.

I ordered a comforter from them in turquoise color, when I got it, it was beige. My receipt I printed off has the turquoise color. when I called customer service, they said that only the Beige was instock, so they sent that, so now they want to charge me over $20 to return the product, when it was their mistake. I read reviews on them, and I should have listened to the people on these reviews, on how bad customer service is and not bought anything from there. People when you read reviews please heed the warnings and don't order anything from this company.

I purchased three rugs from Overstock. The quality wasnt that great, being too thin, so I called Overstock to return them. The return label would have cost me 3/4 of what I paid for the rugs. One rug return actual cost more to return than the rug itself. The agent said, I recommend you keep them because of what it would cost to return. I told the agent, I get it and Overstock never have to worry about me shopping with them again.

Asked for a refund and spoke to 2 separate reps weeks apart who said they had processed the refund but I never received it. Make sure to follow-up because they try to take your money hoping you take them at their word when they say they refunded you, when they don't. Still haven't received refund.
