Lovely little lamp. Great that it is adjustable as to type & intensity of lighting. Very small base- difficult for lamp to remain upright on carpet if neck of lamp is the least bit extended. Lamp falls over.

Apparently Overstock cancelled my order. I don’t know why. When I called and asked why they responded that someone would call me back with a reason by the end of day. No one called. They finally responded and refunded my payment. There was an inventory problem

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your canceled order. That is typically due to an inventory concern. Your rug was fully refunded.

The ordering process was very easy. However, the delivery kept getting delayed. Not a big deal this time, but could’ve been critical

Great rugs and great discount! Thank you, Overstock. The only reason I didn't give that 5th star is because the rugs used to come rolled up. These rugs were folded, which requires a lot of stretching in order to get them to lay flat. Please consider rolling them up again, nap side out. I will definitely shop rugs with y'all again as needs arise.

My Ottoman was a delivered in good condition on the day indicated at purchase. However throughout the transaction I was not able to get updates on shipping status or location of my item.

It shipped right on time. I was happy with how it looked. It was a little busier than I thought.
