Box arrived with multiple cuts and knife holes, with scratches on the back of the chair inside. Was also a day later than predicted, but it was the state upon delivery that resulted in this review.

I haven’t opened the carton yet but it is pretty banged up. I’m afraid I’m going to find damage when I finally assemble…

October 5th 2026 So what are you going to do to fix my situation? I purchased a recliner. Shipping was fast. Came 2 days earlier. Putting it together was easy too, however the back will not stay clicked in. It keeps popping out. I thought it would more comfortable. The back also doesn’t sit straight up so your back is always on an angle I cannot stand due to my disease of COPD. Also I don’t like that my head is taller than the back of the recliner.

The curtain rod I ordered was advertised as antique gold. The finials look like antique gold, but the rod is a much darker color.

The rug is stamp dyed and for now that is fine.My first with that.The communication was slack.When I tried to track,it said I hadn't made any purchase.There were zero updates on delivery then a knock on the door and it was here.Ordered September 7th,arrived September 15th.
