The Bar Chairs, after only putting one together, was not good. One of the legs did not line up. The back cushion wood piece that attached to the back of the cushion had four holes for the screws. There were only two holes in the wood piece to connect to the cushion. The other two holes for the screws would have required screwing into the fabric. The piece that was for the "feet" the half circular piece, once you put both of the connecting ends to "pop" into the legs, once you started to tighten the screws, the circular part would pop out. Was very disappointed. Will never order from Overstock again

Hard to sort through many items on the website. Need more item options per page. Filters reset if tried to open pages in new tabs to be able to see more at once

The wood color is not what I expected. Unfortunately you charge to return. I think I’ll stick with Amazon..they have free returns.

Starting with the delivery, it was 5 days delayed without any follow up. Once they arrived, 2 chairs were stained . I sent an e-mail this morning with photos of the chairs and I'm hoping someone answers my email as to how to do a return and replacement.

Sent the wrong fountain. Went to help chat selected return, got an RA # but then popped up I had to work with customer service via email. Sent email Crickets.

I ordered a rug at 9:45 last night because I only had 35 minutes until a sale was over. I didn't check to see if it had a nonslip back. By 4 am this morning I was online talking with the virtual assistant who placed a cancellation for me but said it may already be in the works. I doubt it was in the works at that hour as the business wasn't even open. I called at 8 am and again spoke to one of your representatives. She said it hadn't shipped and it would likely be cancelled. Not true. It shipped. I don't want it and now I will need to pay the $17 or hand deliver the rug back to the warehouse myself which I really don't have time for. There was 6 hours between ordering at 10 pm and cancelling at 4 am. AND your representative verified it had not shipped by 8 am. Yet, still I now need to accept it and return it. I am not going to order anything from overstock again. I'm tired of the bureaucracy and rigid rules.

The product looks terrible in the room and I don't like the look of it at all.

Their customer service is very bad , I purchased a set of patio furniture and it supposed arrive in few days later, but delivery date passed I called their customer service after 40 minutes waiting someone from India answered the phone , I asked him if my furniture has been shipped or not , he said he doesn’t have an idea 😕 I waited an other few days , still no sign of my furniture. Each time you call them you have to wait 30-40 minutes.
