BEWARE!!! Ordered a simple drapery rod - around $220. Had to come from US (I'm in Canada). Shipper lost it so after 2 months requested they cancel and issue a refund. Was told refund processed and received an email confirmation to that effect. Eight days later refund still not received so called again. Was told probably a bank delay and wait two more days. Then next day received another email saying the refund was processed the day before (9 days after I was assured it was all done). Someone is lying and its starting to look a lot like fraud to me. Meanwhile I'm out a couple hundred. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER deal with this at best incompetent and at worst dishonest company. Suggest everyone go elsewhere, Overstock's prices are not much better than anyone else's if at all.

I tried ordering twice from overstock and both orders were canceled. One the next day and the second one was half way here when canceled. We will never order from them again and I will spread the word.

I purchased a “cherry solid wood” coffee table from Overstock.com. Sometime after the purchase, I accidentally discovered that the core of the table was compressed cardboard. Overstock.com refused to take responsibility for the inaccurate item description saying that it had been too long since purchase. After a month of emails Overstock agreed to return $61 of $334 purchase price but refused to take full responsibility for the inaccurate description. Throughout all this the item was still posted with the same misleading description. I wonder how many other cardboard products there are masquerading as solid wood on Overstock.com.

I wish I could give it a 0 rating. Overstock shipped me a damaged item, when I requested a refund, they offered to give me a $20 credit for my next purchase. I will never buy anything from them again. They should be shut down

Terrible company. Slow, cheapest shipping. Cant guarantee free delivery by holidays ever out 20 days. Blocks VPN's. Shop elsewhere.

Their description is misleading (duvet cover is described as a comforter set) yet, you still have to be the one pay for return. Go shop somewhere else.

Horrible company with horrible products and horrible customer service. I ordered a huge wardrobe, it arrived in 3 big boxes. I opened all the boxes but noticed that the instructions manual was missing. I contacted them, they sent me the manual in 3 days. Then I started assembling the product and noticed a part was missing. They did not send me an important part required to finish the assembly. When I contacted them, they asked me to wait for 4-5 business days for the part to be shipped. With such huge pieces of furniture in my room, how am I supposed to wait for weeks together to finish the assembly. When I contacted the customer care, they were terrible in assisting me upto my satisfaction. Never going to buy anything from overstock again.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered patio furniture. Which I love so far I haven’t opened all the boxes because I just got them yesterday when I noticed that the patio furniture went on sale for over $200 less than what I paid for it. Called customer service and told them that I would like a price adjustment since I just received the furniture and I haven’t even opened all of the boxes. And her answer was sorry it’s been more than seven days. Well it’s not my fault it took them two weeks to get it delivered. I can see them not doing a price adjustment if it had been over 30 days But it has not been it has been one day since I received the last package and it took a week for them to deliver all of the packages literally one package every other day. I’ve been a customer with them for years I’ve spent thousands of dollars on their website and they won’t do a $231 price adjustment !?!?!? That is poor customer service !!!! Any other company Walmart bed bath and beyond Wayfare any of those will do a price adjustment if it’s gone on sale within 30 days of your order!!!!!
