Their return (lack of) policy is ridiculous. It's not cheap to use their label to return the item and you NEVER get anything refunded back to your credit card; instead you get a "store" credit with them. AND, if you want to pay $20 and month, you can return the item for them to pay the return postage, but the refund still doesn't come back to you. Not worth the hassle/expense of ever ordering from them again! Especially with all of the other online merchants that accommodate returns without hassle.

OMG... What a bunch liars... They send me a defective $400 wood stand with shelves, and tell me they're giving me $43 partial refund to keep it as is with the defects... Then after I discard the box and packing material they renege on the promised refund and tell me I have to contact the "seller"... Really? I purchased the item from them, they're the seller... I had already spent my time chatting with their reps who promised the refund... And I have it all in writing... The have no deniability... They're going to pay the refund... The only question is how much reputational and legal damage do they want to inflict on themselves before they realize they messed with the wrong customer...

Ordered a set of sheets for $47 including tax. Upon receiving them, they were not as pictured and I attempted to return unopened. I was told since there was nothing defective, I was responsible for shipping. They asked several questions about the item in separate emails before agreeing to accept the return. This was after I finally just asked for a return label because time was running out to return the item. They emailed me three times with contradictory emails about how to return. So I picked one option. One email gave a link to the Ups website to print out a label and return to the Ups store which I did. The second email gave me a code, which they said made printing a label unnecessary. I printed a label and took it to the Ups store. I paid for return shipping and a bag. I then received a refund from Overstock.com for only $26. They stated they had deducted $10.32 for a return label. I’m not sure why as they said a label was unnecessary and I’ve never paid $10 for any shipping label. Also anyone with 3rd grade math skills can tell you $26+$10 is still $36, not $47. First and last purchase.

It all started from November 2022, I bought a bar stool and they sent it three times wrong or wrong size. I called customer service several times but they could never solve the problem and they never had a supervisor available because they always had a different excuse for not passing someone in charge who could solve the problem in another way; They said they would call back but never did. Total I returned the merchandise because they did not solve my problem and I was never able to speak with a supervisor or manager. Due to the ineptitude of the staff as well as the warehouse and customer service, I do not recommend them.

Ordered an item. Realized about 30 minutes later it was the wrong size and wanted to cancel said order so I did. Order receipt was received at 12:28pm and the Cancellation receipt was received at 1:01pm. Got an email 2 days later saying that they were unable to cancel it as it had already been shipped out which I don't doubt since it had been 2 days! Check the site and it says its still processing but hasn't been shipped yet. Not sure how they can't cancel an order within 30 minutes or so of it being placed, nor which of their systems is lying about the status. We'll see how much of a hassle a return is but my hopes are non-existent. Edit: Confirmed with Overstock and FedEx that the order is still at Overstock and FedEx doesn't even have it, yet the order can not be cancelled.

Horrible customer service .sell inferior product .doesn't take responsibility .300 dollars down the drain .avoid them

Do not order from here. horrible customer service, they didn’t even ship the correct item that ordered.

Do not order from this company. Product description was misleading read the description several times becauseof the price. When it arrived it was only part of the product. Checked description it had been changed. Requested a refund label and returned unopened but never received refund. Called to find out where refund was and they state no refund that I had to pay for the return shipping. I will never recommend this come to anyone!
