They want to charge me $24.54 shipping for a return of a defective item. The item cost was only $36.00. What a rip-off!

Horrible company. If u make an email inquiry they will then use your email address to bombard you with adverts 2 or 3 times a day. There is no way to block or stop these ads as they change their email header each time and their UNSUSCRIBE button is mere window dressing as it does not work. Avoid at all costs.

If your looking for a nightmare experience, purchase from overstock. Simply put they are awful.

The company may have attractive prices/products but they gouge the customer once the sale has been made and/or product shipped. When I tried to return a $36.00 sheet set, the return label cost was $21.48. (I bought the wrong size.) My net would have been less than $15.00 for an unused sheet set in its original packaging. I was told it was because the set was OK, but I had made a mistake. Buyer beware. Better yet, never buy from this unfair company.

I ordered Revlon's discontinued Skinlight Nail polish and it was paid for on my credit card. I ordered it on 1/31/2023. I still don't have it, and worse, on my account, they don't even show it as ordered or shipped! They do not answer e-mails and their 2 phone numbers are either busy all the time or no one answers. Never ordering again from them, and I am going to e- mail Ripoff Reports a review of them.

Yeah, it's a scam. It'll show the item as in stock with a guaranteed delivery date, then once you order and pay, you're told it's indefinitely delayed, out of stock or sometimes you just hear nothing. They blame any issues on the shipping partner but make no effort to communicate information to you.

Never, ever ever buy from Overstock. I waited forever to get a bed delivered. When it finally arrived the delivery people scratched up my siding. I complained to Overstock and they said it’s not their problem, to contact the carrier and they supplied me with a nonexistent telephone number. The bed itself is missing 4 legs and assembly instructions. After advising them of this they said they could only send out an entire new bed which they did. Guess what’s missing!!!!!! I am so sick of the runaround. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before buying. Take heed!!!!!

Really bad - product is late, they won't tell you where it is or if it's even coming. They just blame it on the 'partner' who supplies the product - but won't tell you who that is or get in touch with them for you. It's just a website front for anonymous suppliers - zero integrity or customer service.
