Poor customer service. Trying to cancel an order that has not shipped is impossible! It won't ship for 6 to 12 days, but they can't cancel it???? I have to pay for return shipping as well. I also had my old email on file and they had 2 accounts for me. I tried to update my email and was told they could not do that on the other account. I do not recommend.

WARNING ABOUT RETURNS I ordered a brand name set of sheets and 2 extra pillowcases. I received some unlabeled set and cases that were really poor quality. I immediately went to the website to return and although the original order all came in one package they would not let me return in one package. They charged $16.42 to return 2 pillowcases and $21.41 to return a set of sheets. Outrageous amounts! When I called they said they could not issue a shipping refund since the items were refunded already and kept repeating that mantra, totally unhelpful!

I received a 6 foot rack. After talking to customer service for 20 minutes they refused to transfer me to a manager. They haggled with me over the refund of the difference. I asked for half of what I paid since I received half of the length I ordered. They offered five dollars credit. I also asked for another 6 foot rack to make up the difference. They also would not do this. And again I asked to speak with a manager several times. Finally they offered to allow to speak to a manager, but the manager is going to be calling me back now. I will never order anything from this company again and I suggest you all do the same.

They said they'll charge me $20 to return, even though I submitted a cancellation minutes after! It's 2023 and you guys are charging for returns!? This doesn't cost more than $8 to return back FYI!

On January 20, 2023, I order the Honolulu Outdoor 4-pc cushioned wicker set in grey. The Overstock website shows the set with teal cushions. The video for the grey set says "Teal" cushions. My husband assembled the set when it arrived and it had grey cushions. I contacted customer support twice, and one month later, their unacceptable response was: --- "Customer purchased set with grey cushions, set with teal cushions is not available". If you would like to return the item, there will be a label cost of $159.48 that will be deducted to from the full refund amount. --- Unbelievable! I order the set advertised on their website (and it's still there in TEAL), they send me the wrong cushions, and after one month, they tell me it's not available and I have to pay $159.48 if I want to return it. I have ordered from them in the past but NEVER will again.

This is the worst company do not purchase from them. They have a practice of charging for returns i was not aware of. I then spoke with TJ supervisor and he would not help, sounding like a robot. I will not purchase another item from this company and plan on telling any and every one to not do business with them. Poor and very unprofessional tactics. Do not and I repeat purchase anything from this company. Unethical!

J'ai acheté un objet le 16 février 2023. Le lendemain, je reçois un courriel de cette compagnie, mentionnant que l'objet était en route. En faisant le suivi («tracking») chez UPS, je constate le surlendemain que, prétendument, le colis aurait été livré... en Pennsylvanie. Or j'habite au Canada. Rien à voir avec l'adresse de livraison. Pas moyen d'entrer à nouveau dans le compte que j'avais créé au sein de cette compagnie. L'argent a été très rapidement débité de ma carte de crédit ! Aucun retour de cette compagnie (mais beaucoup de pourriels non sollicités). Lancez votre argent par la fenêtre plultôt que de le leur envoyer.

Worst company in existence. Bought a bed. Suppose to be new. Aftee waiting the 24 hours it was molded down where two people slept and the box it came in was torn to shreds. They just re-sealed a used mattress. Lost my business forever. Over a on sale bed. Trash company.
