Worst customer service. Their staff are lost. I called different times and each time I received a different answer. My experience was just a waste of time. They made me repeat myself over and over without helping me and/or finding a solution.

I ordered 3 barstools from Overstock (OS). Two out of the three were damaged. I contacted OS and I was told to contact vendor. I will not purchase from OS again. I also recommend others not purchase from OS. I’m going to see what my credit card company can do.

I ordered a bedspread. When I received it, it was of inferior quality, made in China and not worth the $120 paid. When I went to return it I was charged $30 to return it. Never will I order from them again. Ripoff company.

I will update my horrible review depending on the response received from either the manufacture or Overstock. I placed an order for this sofa in September, but it was delivered in November. They say that both companies only provde a thiry day warranty and I missed the deadline. I am going to let the pictures speak for themselves. Item arrived with some damages but we were still able to put the couch togehter, a month later the entire thing started falling apart. Pieces will not stay connected, a foot rest will not go back down, one of the backs won't stay up. This couch is a hot mess. Lol I called Overstock who won't do anything yet and say I have to take it up with the manufacture. I contact the manufacture and they gave me a customer service email saying they had no number to call.... so yeah let's wait and see if they will help make this right with me or if I am just freaking screwed out of two grand for a hunk of junk.

Order a ottoman it was shipped to the wrong state they said it was the warehouse who made the mistake they said the would refund me but everytime I ask them about my refund they say it's still processing wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered never again

BEWARE!!!! Terrible on line shopping experience. Terrible policies that do not protect you the consumer. I will never shop with this company again.

I bought something and tried to use a coupon. When I checked out, I was told it had expired, clearly not the case. I tried calling customer service but no one ever answered, no matter when I called. That was my second order with this company. I have since viewed several items they have, but I will never buy from them again. I will go elsewhere. To me, they are just scammers.

They will not cancel order and over charge to return merchandise.
