We had just gotten home, so I didn't see the delivery. I ordered two bath mats. They were left on the front porch (OK), but one rug was in a plastic bag, and the other was loose on top of it. The second rug's bag was in the bushes, and the rug was slightly wet. When I picked them up, there were two frogs sitting underneath.

I don’t like to trash talk, but the product was as described—thanks. The box was kicked, with splits and holes—whose fault, I don’t know. The packaging was terrible, did not coved to protect the sculpture and a chunk was broken off the foot. I set it up anyway and sprayed it either sealant hoping for the best when it rains.

Total junk. Waste of GOOD MONEY! Construction is of cheap quality and assembly is more than aggravating. Cream Leather??? Really??? The product details say: “Durable Leather.” That is BS! But wait…. The laundry list of specs(way down towards the bottom) indicates “Faux Leather.” Which is it? Well, it isn’t Durable Leather that is for sure. For those giving five stars and praising the quality… what are they smoking? I will probably put these on Facebook Marketplace and hope a sucker comes along. I don’t want them in my home. If you think I am being overly critical… trust me… I’m being nice. This is nothing more than a big $500+ mistake.

We were sent incorrect hardware. Our chairs have been sitting for a week since the arrival. When we called the company they said we would have the proper screws within 2 business days. We still do not have them.
