The items had some scratches and took a very long time to put together. I will not order from here again.

I ordered 3 Bar stools. 2 showed up well packaged and protected. The 3rd one clearly had been assembled before. Everything in the box was unwrapped and un protected. The stool legs have clear damage on them, and there was hardware missing.

you do not keep up with the vendors - i ordered sep 11 AND STILL NO ACTION FROM VENDOR WHO JUST CREATED A UPS PICK UP TRACKING NO. ON SEP 14 AND STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED THE ITEM AS OF SEP 19. VENDOR WILL NOT ANSWER YOU ON WHEN THE ITEM WILL SHIP.

We bought three valance sets. Not one valance length matches the others. Each valance has to be hemmed . The length is supposed to be 24 inches, on each piece, the length varies from 24 " to 25" .
