I received my ottoman and although it had a few imperfections, the seller handled the issue quickly and professionally. They refunded a percentage of the cost, which made the purchase feel fair. Overall, the ottoman works for my space and the customer service was excellent.

I like the rug very much. It is soft and plush and feels good underfoot. The rug looks just like in the picture. I appreciated that it arrived in a roll as opposed to being folded. It lays perfectly flat. It has a nice nonslip backing but I preferred to put it on a quarter inch pad for some extra cushioning.

We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying the soft, plush feel of your new rug and that it looks exactly as you expected. It is wonderful to know that our rolling method helped it lay flat right away, and we love your idea of adding an extra pad underneath for even more comfort. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

Overstock is my go-to stop for great online deals. When a shipping issue came up I didn't get the blah blah of AI. I got a very sweet actual personwho helped me solve my problem quickly and without any sort of run a round.

There was a bit of an issue with communication on the order status. The order reflected a delivery date that came and went. I contacted customer service and was til a that it was shipping the day we spoke and then it arrived the next day. The chat option was not helpful but speaking to an agent was. We love the piece we bought and have since ordered a chair to go with the desk. Overstock had the same chair as Ashley for a lower price.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our furniture and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We are happy to hear that you love your new desk and decided to purchase a matching chair with us. However, we recognize that the communication regarding your delivery date was not clear and that our online chat system did not provide the assistance you needed. We are pleased our phone agent resolved this for you quickly, and we are currently working to improve our digital support tools and tracking updates to ensure a smoother process for our customers in the future.
